“I met Mike Little through my real estate agent while our place at OIB was on the market. Mike came over to check out and issue with possible termite damage and immediately spotted and issue with the siding on our house. The siding had started to buckle along with an array of other issues involving the installation two years ago. He hooked me up with a home inspector who confirmed all of the issues and the need to replace the siding. That was just the beginning of what he discovered as the inspector also did an inspection for mold around some water damage to some paneling in several of our bedrooms which came back positive. After beginning the mold remediation he discovered that the roof we had replaced after Florence had also been installed incorrectly resulting in rot to the upper band of our house as well as rotting underlayment of 30% of our roof. I have worked with many contractors over the past 40 years and Mike is without a doubt the best! He tackled every issue professionally with superb communication of recommended solutions along with cost estimates. Our 40 year old house now looks like new thanks to Mike and his crew, I can’t thank him enough for his thoroughness throughout this project, the results are outstanding.”
