“Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”

“We hired Midwest Construction for a basement remodel in January 2010. The final result was a beautiful basement. Quality and attention to detail was top notch. The team was great to work with: always on time, courteous, cleaned up at the end of the day, and did a great job overall. Brian was great to work with. He had helpful ideas and was easy to work with. During the time of the basement remodel, we also added on two more projects: a 2nd floor laundry room and adding a floor to the attic to be used for storage. LOVED both of the results! “My wife and I built our home in 2005 with Coyle Custom Homes and could not be happier. We spent several months visiting the model homes of several builders and were most impressed when we saw Henry's model. The attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship caught our eye immediately. We were certain we could not afford his work, but we're surprised that he was actually very reasonable. Our home was not cheap, but with homes, you get what you pay for. I don't believe Henry would build an average home even if that's what you wanted - he has too much pride in his work. When working out the deal, we made sure there wouldn't be any surprise charges during the process. He assured us there wouldn't be and he was true to his word. Our house was built on time and within our budget. And it doesn't stop there; any issues (covered under warranty or not) we encountered were quickly handled by Henry usually at no cost to us.
