“I worked with Tony to convert a 1 bathroom condo in Hoboken to 2 bathrooms (and several other smaller projects including finishing an unfinished basement space). This was a huge undertaking, but Tony guided me through every detail from the most effective design and layout to maximize the new spaces, to hiring the architect, securing the best plumber, getting town permits and handling inspections. The two bathrooms and the rest of the apartment turned out beautifully. Throughout the project Tony was open to any feedback / fixes / changes I wanted to see and he has impressed me most with ensuring that I am happy with every final detail now that we are at the very end of the project, when most contractors would be in a rush to pack up and move on from the project.”
