“In 2018 PerfectView Remodeling did a complete renovation of our Master Bathroom. This year they did a complete renovation of our Hall Bathroom. They have also done minor upgrades in our kitchen. I am a retired Type A Civil Engineer. As such, I have expected all of my projects to be well planned and completed to high standards. Being retired, I watched the daily work and generally made a nuisance of myself. The wok was done by Lou (the owner), Josh (his son), and Ryland. I had some questions, and asked for a couple of minor changes, but I had no complaints. I found them to be very diligent and professional. They knew what they were doing and what was required for a top notch job. They cut no corners but made sure everything was square and as it should be. They also recommended suppliers for tile, vanities, fixtures, etc., all of which had quality products. Even though I made somewhat of a nuisance of myself over the course of our relationship we have become friends. I have very very rarely in my professional career provided unqualified recommendations for contractors, I can for PerfectView Remodeling with their current staff. I have developed such trust in them that I had not even asked for a price estimate for the minor kitchen upgrades prior to the work, as I knew I would be treated fairly by Lou. We have received many compliments on the bathroom remodelings and have had no problems as we have used them. I have not even seen any of the little problems that often are noticed upon daily use. I don't think you can go wrong hiring Perfect View for your remodeling job.”

“We recently had a small bathroom remodeled and not surprisingly, Matt Gove and his team completed another high quality job for us. Having a home built in the early 1900's creates some unique challenges, but Matt's thoroughness, expertise and attention to detail resulted in a beautiful, fresh and airy space that we are very pleased with. “We hired Sirois Home Solutions to work with us to create living space from our unfinished basement. After reviewing the space with us and discussing our vision, Pam drew up a Floor Plan incorporating all of what we hoped to do: Family Room, Pantry, Desk area, finished chimney stack behind wood stove with storage for wood and decorative shelving, Laundry area, and a 1/2 bath. We discussed our budget and talked about materials and then Jesse came up with a proposal breaking down the project for our approval. We collected proposals from several contractors; Sirois Home Solutions was not the least expensive but we strongly felt they would be the best to work with - we were not disappointed. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Having Pam's expertise in making decisions regarding colors and materials was soooo helpful. We used resources like Houzz to figure out what we liked and what we didn't and Pam then came up with a manageable number of options to choose from. Jesse consistently showed up as scheduled and the project came in on time and on budget. He kept us up to date on progress and schedule, and most importantly he respected that we needed to use the space while it was in progress and consistently cleaned up after himself and respected our home. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but having access to my laundry area all during construction was fabulous! Did I mention they stayed on schedule and on budget? By far the best contractor to work with that we have experienced. The finished space already feels like it has always been a part of our home. I couldn't recommend this team more highly.”
