“TLC came to the rescue! I had a modern house built in Colorado that fell apart due to poor construction by local contractors. Jeff Kadans and his team drove their mobil woodshop on wheels to Colorado to camp out and finish the house the way it should have originally been built. Jeff's easy manner and attention to detail are fantastic. He is a breeze to communicate with and has very high building standards. He goes above and beyond to make you happy and it shows that he takes great pride in his work. He is super knowledgeable about advanced construction methods and fully researches solutions to problems. Right on schedule and on budget. If you are looking to hire someone to do fantastic construction and project management, I would definitely recommend TLC.”

“We had Finished Basements Plus finish our walk-out basement this year. It is no longer a "basement" it is now a beautiful extention of our home!! We love every square foot!! They really listened to our current and future needs as a family for the space. They successfully designed and implemented a stunning living space that met our needs in functionality (storage space, avoiding wasted square footage, kitchen and bathrooms) and aesthetically. We did do our homework first, we interviewed, checked referrals and had several quotes. We choose them based on their professionalism and their extensive experience. They were without any question the right choice!! The price and scope of work did not fluctuate through out the project and Finished Basements Plus delivered exactly what they said that would and more.
