“We hired North Bay Construction (NBC) for a full condominium remodel that began in November 2023 and was completed in May 2024. “We've worked with Ben (Sensitive Information Hidden) before on a complex retaining wall project. Since then, he's launched his own company and we recently completed another piece of work with them. It involved rerouting pipes to the street and as per city permits we needed to cut open a large portion of the sidewalk and pour concrete and asphalt to finish it.
