I cannot recommend Shannon, James and their team more highly. From the planning process, through budgeting, on to choosing cabinetry and fixtures and construction, they excelled at every turn. The project was completed on time and on budget. They were incredibly respectful of the building and our neighbors. We wanted a few special and unusual things - like a huge armoire built from cabinetry, the kitchen ceiling raised to feel more spacious, and hidden, retractable doors for under counter washer and dryer. They delivered on all aspects of this project. The planning process was so great and thorough that there were few changes/change orders. Pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially for the quality of work and service provided. We literally did not have a punch list - that is how thorough they were.
