They were very clear in their communication with us, told us what to expect and maintained great customer care throughout the project. The lead on our project, Jorge, did a great job of managing the project, addressing and correcting any issues or concerns we had and making sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard every day, they were mindful of our home and property and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and at the completion. The pricing was fair in relation to other bids and the work quality was on the mark. Its hard to find good, reliable contractors, who take pride in their workmanship and ensure the customer had a good experience and I think JMG is that contractor.
