“In a panic after being stiffed $16,000 by an unethical contractor, Grant and Simple Side were recommended to us. Our major concern was finding a contractor willing to take over a project started by someone else (others would not). Grant accepted the challenge and was able to amend the incorrect plans and construction started then left unfinished. The deck his crew produced was nicer than the one I built for my primary house, and I am picky. We were so pleased, we also had Simple Side replace all our doors and windows with the same great result. Finally we had the crew remove all our old carpet and replace it with Grant's recommendation of vinyl plank flooring. The quality of work on all three projects was of the highest caliber, and completed in an expeditious manner. During construction we had at least three other impressed homeowners on our street want to know who was doing our work. We gave them Grant's name and highest recommendation. We hope they take our advice as we know Grant and Simple Side will provide them with an exceptional result at a fair price.”
