“I'm not sure why anyone would choose another builder in Shreveport, LA, over Steve Simon and sons. Steve has built two homes for our family and while I don't anticipate ever building a third time, if we did, we would definitely call Steve. Steve Simon is not only a knowledgable builder with decades of experience that he has passed on to his sons, he is also a man of integrity. Whatever he says he will do, he does. Steve Simon Construction offers superior quality custom home building with a personal touch. Steve personally oversaw the construction of our two homes and his sons are currently overseeing the construction of my mother-in-law's home. They care greatly about customer satisfaction and make themselves available to the home builder to personally answer any questions and to address any concerns in a timely and respectful manner. Throughout the construction of our home, I had the opportunity to talk with the many sub-contractors. I was especially impressed that every one of them expressed the utmost respect for Steve and said that he is well known in the business for his honesty, integrity, and quality construction. I would highly recommend Steve, Brad and Clay Simon to anyone looking to build a custom home. In my opinion, they are simply THE BEST!”
