We could not have picked a better company to build our dream addition. They managed the whole building process from excavation to completion flawlessly. “We enlisted Build Pros to build an addition over our garage to accommodate our growing family. The addition included a master bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. We really weighed the decision to take on a project of this magnitude, but Rouben and his team earned our trust and we felt comfortable entrusting the project to them. From day one, Rouben was accessible, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. Everyone from the Build Pros team was respectful of our home and courteous and understanding to our children (with whom they interacted with quite a bit!). The project was completed on time and on budget. Rouben bent over backwards to ensure that the project stayed within our budget. For instance, we had planned to use an imitation cedar shingle for the exterior of the addition but Rouben was able to secure authentic cedar shingles at a reasonable cost which we used for the exterior and that really added to the curb appeal. We also ended up having our garage dry walled and insulated at no cost to us thanks to Rouben. We are very pleased with the addition – not only the space but also the craftmanship that went into it. One of our goals of the project was to maintain the character of our house and Build Pros definitely accomplished that goal. We have been blown away by the number of positive comments we have received from people in our neighborhood who have stopped by to chat and admire the addition. The team has fantastic EQ throughout, and have deep experience with large, elegant renovations. The attention to quality never lapsed - we never needed to be concerned about shortcuts. As we had learned with four previous renovations and a full house build in the suburbs, timing is always a challenge: yet this was a full-gut, complete renovation of an apartment that had not been renovated in a century - and still, we finished within the range of our estimated completion. We became very fond of the whole team, appreciated prompt punch-listing and support from Ben and the entire company throughout. Our home is exquisite and surpasses what we could have imagined - we are very grateful!”
