“My wife and I are extremely pleased with the recent renovations completed on our home by Case’s Renovations Ltd and highly recommend them. The extent of work included new kitchen counter tops/back splash; complete renovation of the master bathroom; all floors stripped to sub floor/retiled; replaced rear deck; and repaired siding around a window. The process began with the initial consultations where Charlie Dyer listened to our thoughts, made suggestions and quickly provided us with an excellent game plan. The subsequent floor plan, coupled with his itemized quote were exact to the point where we knew what we could expect and when. While there were a couple of last minute enhancements to the project, the final cost came under the initial quote and the $500 Military discount was well appreciated. Charlie was excellent to work with throughout this project and with his excellent contacts within the industry, we realized savings on many items including our quartz counter tops. Shien’s suggestions before ordering resulted in us receiving greater value for better quality floor tiles and bathroom fixtures. Now to the professional team of tradesmen who made it all come to fruition. The respective crews not only produced a high quality of work, they remained friendly, funny and accommodating even as we were often under foot.
