My wife and I have worked exclusively with Chris on three home remodeling projects over the past two years. Chris was recommended to us by a local architect and was one of three firms I interviewed before selecting him for these projects. The work involved substantial improvements in i) converting two under-used small rooms into a larger bedroom and bath, ii) a total renovation of the kitchen including extensive plumbing, electric, lighting, new cabinetry and granite countertops, and iii) the complete gutting/remodel of three upstairs bathrooms with new floor and shower tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets/countertops/plumbing and electric. The projects included demolition, framing, sheetrock, plumbing, electric, paintings, kitchen appliance and bath fixture placement and more. All of this work was performed by experienced and skilled subcontractors under Chris's daily supervision. While the subs all knew their work very well, Chris knew the entire project and coordinated all of the purchasing, delivery, labor, materials and permitting needed to complete each of these projects on time and on budget. He also worked very well with our design consultant and executed the concept and plans very well. We are highly satisfied with our, essentially, new home! Chris took care to see that the work started and finished in a timely manner each day. All tools were neatly stored away and the work areas swept, vacuumed and cleaned at the end of each day. There was never any need to call him about any delay in schedule or poor quality work.
