My wife and I have worked exclusively with Chris on three home remodeling projects over the past two years. Chris was recommended to us by a local architect and was one of three firms I interviewed before selecting him for these projects. The work involved substantial improvements in i) converting two under-used small rooms into a larger bedroom and bath, ii) a total renovation of the kitchen including extensive plumbing, electric, lighting, new cabinetry and granite countertops, and iii) the complete gutting/remodel of three upstairs bathrooms with new floor and shower tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets/countertops/plumbing and electric. The projects included demolition, framing, sheetrock, plumbing, electric, paintings, kitchen appliance and bath fixture placement and more. All of this work was performed by experienced and skilled subcontractors under Chris's daily supervision. While the subs all knew their work very well, Chris knew the entire project and coordinated all of the purchasing, delivery, labor, materials and permitting needed to complete each of these projects on time and on budget. He also worked very well with our design consultant and executed the concept and plans very well. We are highly satisfied with our, essentially, new home! Chris took care to see that the work started and finished in a timely manner each day. All tools were neatly stored away and the work areas swept, vacuumed and cleaned at the end of each day. There was never any need to call him about any delay in schedule or poor quality work. The outcomes of his and his team's work leaves us with spaces we are pleased to be in, to entertain in, to live in. I have never dealt with a more qualified professional. “Working with BA and her team was honestly the most pleasant construction experience I’ve ever had for two reason: punctuality and quality. Punctuality: BA gave us a 6 week timeline, to which I immediately scoffed at. A whole kitchen renovation with wall removal and plumbing moving in 6 weeks?? That’s some HGTV timing. But hot damn. Every day she said folks would be in our house, they were here. Some times early!! Her team stuck the landing on a 6 week time frame, and the only reason we had any carryover was due to a faulty part (pot filler). Quality: Her team clearly cares about the quality of the work they are putting in to each and every house. From drywall to trim, from electrical to plumbing, from demo to tile, her folks are invested in the outcome of the job and want it to look good. It’s rare that someone actually wants to go through another construction project. But I already know who I’m going to call when we’re ready to do the master bathroom.”
