“Work included: house exterior cleaning, re-caulking, wood siding replacement/repairs, minor stucco repairs, painting of house and all wood trim, minor structural repair, replace man-door and frame to garage and prime/paint, remove/re-hang exterior French doors after cutting lower edge to improve fit in frame. Leandross provided detailed written pricing quote for the work to be performed. Additional work which was subsequently recommended to be performed, beyond scope of original estimate, was well explained before commencing. Leandross was frequently on site to review and monitor work and to discuss progress and expectations. He communicated very well and was mostly very prompt in attending scheduled meetings. The quality of all work performed was good. As of today, all work has been completed to my satisfaction, any issues which arose during the performance of the work were promptly addressed by Leandross.”
