Once the agreement was finalized, the project transitioned smoothly to Malik, the project manager, who provided a clear understanding of the timeline and how the work would be managed. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. Danny, who was on-site throughout the project, was especially attentive and accommodating. He listened carefully to any concerns and allowed me to make on-the-spot decisions when needed, which made the process feel collaborative and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciated was that they did not begin demolition until all materials were received and ready for delivery. This allowed us to continue using our kitchen and avoided having the space torn apart for weeks waiting on supplies. Once construction began, the project moved quickly, but the speed never came at the expense of quality. There was one issue where the cabinets were initially installed with incorrect measurements for our new stove. I brought it to Malik’s attention, and by the very next morning the problem had already been corrected. Their responsiveness and commitment to getting things right gave me a lot of confidence in the company.
