    “I’ve used this company on two occasions - first several years ago to build built in bookshelves/bookcases and most recently to expand my fence and relocate gate by 10’. They did a great job on both projects. I was pleased with their timelines, communication, professionalism, cost, and the overall quality of their work. I’ve had them provide an estimate on a back porch and slab expansion. I plan to use in the future for additional projects and would highly recommend.”

    “I love working with Cava! She has a client/project calendar and schedule that is updated regularly which keeps the client and designer abreast of what is happening and when. For this and many reasons, i feel she is very organized and thorough. It is very uncommon for contractors to be organized today because of juggling multiple jobs whilst also dealing with subs that may or may not follow through. I was so impressed that after various material installations, she looked for the errors and flaws on the clients behalf and personally met with client and subcontractor to see that repairs were made. I would definitely recommend Cava Custom Build!”

    “Hired Christophersen Construction to build and design a handicapped addition funded through a grant provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor and his team did an outstanding job and I would recommend this contractor for any project large or small. Throughout the project the owner doubled checked every facet of the job.”

    “If you're looking for someone trustworthy, hard working and honest - these are the people!!!! They're technicians communicated with me during the entire project, whether to tell me they were on the way or getting ready to leave for the day to the progress they made through-out the day I mean these guys really know their stuff. I am a homeowner and LOVE DIY projects, but I just do not have the time to get them done so hesitantly I didn't know if my projects would be too small for them to complete anyway - they had no problem helping me with my "Pinterest projects" and we ended up doing bigger projects (remodeling my outdated bathroom and some other updating in my kitchen) due to the success we had with just my maintenance and repairs I needed done. I didn't realize how financially reasonable these prices would be, Ive heard of my friends spending so much more than I did and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be a returning customer!”

    “Shoreline Construction and Development built our dream home in Hampton Lake, Bluffton, SC. I can't say enough about how pleasant and stress free the building experience was. My husband and I were not able to be in the local area during the build. The Shoreline team worked with us every step of the way to help us make the hundreds of decisions required. They went out of there way to meet with us when we were able to visit. Our house was finished on time and within budget. It took our breath away when we saw the completed house for the first time; it exceeded all of our expectations and was more beautiful than we ever imagined. Shoreline was very responsive in completing our punch list of items throughout our first year in the house. No major repairs were needed and our home has been trouble free. We feel that our home is extremely well constructed and energy efficient.”

    “After shopping around for weeks for contractors, I am proud to have finally found these guys. They were very patient with me and very informative. they worked around our schedule. I had my home renovated, in December and hired HP Contracting Group in October. Within those 2 months I gave Allen and Jake ideas of what I wanted for my home, they came up with a game plan and multiple options for me to chose from and they nailed it! I had no trouble during the renovation they made sure I got every little thing I needed with no issues. They had full access to my home at all times even when I couldn't be there. I put a lot of trust into them while being in my home and they were very respectful and trustworthy the entire time. They showed up on time every time and were very professional they got the job done earlier than expected and it turned out perfect just in time for the holiday's for my family to visit. I highly recommend these guys for whatever project you have. They are coming back in March to put a new roof on for me, and will be the only contractors I will use in the future.”

    “We hired Snipes Home Construction to completely renovate our second home in the Ardsley Park area of Savannah Georgia, while we continued to live at our primary residence in Southern California. From 2500 miles away we took a big chance on what would happen and how Scotty Snipes would handle this major renovation. We were not disappointed! From the quality of the work, to the communication with us in California, to the helpful advice at every step of the way, we found everything handled professionally and competently. We highly recommend Snipes Home Construction and cannot adequately express our gratitude to Scotty and Angela Snipes and their staff for such a super job. We would give them 10 stars if it were possible! Highly recommended without any reservation.”
