“In summary, we are so pleased with the job that Atlas Design and Remodeling performed on our master bathroom remodel that we are recommending them to anyone we know with home remodeling needs. Our master bathroom had been non-functional for two years due to a leaking shower and we decided to take the opportunity to remodel the entire room on account of it. From the first time we met Arth Monroe, our primary contractor, we were impressed with his professionalism, attention to detail, and his eye and imagination for what is possible in a remodeling project. For over two weeks, he exchanged ideas with us and drew up wonderful mock-ups of our bathroom space to help envision a new shower and tub, new tile, lighting, etc. All the while he was very cognizant of our budget and made sure to work with it as a constraint. He ordered EVERY item needed for the remodeling (we made zero purchases at the hardware or home decor store), and then very capably coordinated a team of very talented craftsmen whose work was impeccable - electricians, plumbers, tilers - everyone. Everyone on the team was personable and considerate. Arth checked in himself nearly every day to make sure that work was progressing according to his vision. Though the project took longer than anticipated and we came in a little over budget, we are thoroughly impressed at the result. Our bathroom is the most beautiful room in our home. If we had infinite money, supporting charity work aside, we would be happy to hire Arth to remodel our entire home! He takes incredible pride in his work and dealing with him was a pleasure.”

“I could not be happier with the bathroom and minor kitchen remodel that Chi Renovation & Design did for me. After shopping around for a little bit, I decided to go with them because they were the most professional and genuine when I met them for an estimate. I was impressed from the very beginning by how responsive they were. Normally, I hate it when I need to “work” for a company to get back to me or just correspond in general. But all of my phone calls and emails were returned within half an hour, which for a company in this industry, I can say from past experiences is really rare! Lior has a lot of experience and was able to give me lots of cost-efficient and creative suggestions on what he thought would work for my space. He re-did my entire bathroom and knocked down a wall in our kitchen. He was very patient with answering all of my questions and thorough with the initial estimate he gave. One suggestion in particular proved to be extremely helpful and that was his advice to knock down a wall that was creating an awful divide in our kitchen. Once we got rid of it, the kitchen transformed into a much more open and sophisticated space. Another thing I was very pleased with was how timely and neat they were, I really appreciated that. I trusted having them around and they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with everything and would definitely recommend them”

Timing of tare down, flooring, and painting was well coordinated by Joe Wasler with his men and the various contractors. His men were dependable. They arrived and left when they said they would. They respected my property and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future if I had another project I wanted to have done.”
