“I had procrastinated addressing several maintenance projects on my house but was very fortunate to be introduced to R.J. of Wizdom construction. My hesitation of having to deal with contractors and work crews was put to rest because R.J. coordinated everything. Over several months Wizdom Construction, Inc. superivized several repair and maintenance projects on my house, including roof removal and replacement, new gutters, new windows, stucco/waterproofing, new electric panel, recessed light installation, exterior and interior painting and concrete pad installation. R.J. was always available for consulation and updates. He and his staff exhibited a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy. The work crews did excellent work, paying attention to details and clean-up and completing all jobs. There were no surprise upcharges on the final billing compared to the estimates. Wizom’s California state contractor’s license is current, active and they are bonded and this can be verified on the State’s website. (I’ve seen many contractor numbers on vehicles and business cards that are not active or real numbers on the State website). Wizdom is above board! Based on my positive experiences I have no reservations recommending this company.”

Zack responded quickly to our inquiry, arranged a sight visit for the work needed, listened and caught our vision, gave his valuable and knowledgeable opinions in a straightforward way and quickly gained our confidence. The original project was to paint the interior of our home and replace the baseboards. Because we were pleased to find a company we trusted, we expanded the work to include a multitude of other things including painting kitchen cabinets, installing crown molding and replacing door casings.
