Our general contractor was John Fox, whom we were introduced to through our interior designer, Carly Rose of Rose Design. The scope included a complete renovation of two bathrooms and the kitchen, along with additional touch-ups throughout our high-rise condo in San Francisco. Our primary points of contact were John Fox and Judit Sanchez Fernandez. John oversaw the project as the lead contractor, while Judit supported communication and coordination alongside our designer’s project management. We chose NBC because of their transparency and detailed cost breakdowns. That level of clarity was important to us, as both my husband and I value organization and financial visibility. We chose floor and wall tiles that were small and detailed, and they were installed with care and skill, and we now have the bathroom we always wanted.
