“Bill Tomrose and his entire staff, architech, contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, detailed and very friendly men and women to work with, throughout the 9 months of our kitchen, dining room, family room and downstairs guest bathroom! The end results are way beyond what we could have dreamed!! Bill and everyone kept us very informed and on budget through evey detail. “As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

The custom desk was built and sectioned off so that it would accommodate four people at our desired height. Not only did Craig install keyboard trays and drill holes for wires, but he gave special attention to detail on the woodwork for stability. Everything turned out perfect and came in within our budget! We tell all our friends about the family “command center” that Craig built for us!”

“I had JJ&T build a redwood deck and set up electrical connections to a new hot tub. While doing this work they did other electrical work needed in my aging home, including upgrading the circuit breakers. The quality of work on the deck was excellent. The advice and suggestions for electrical connections and made access to electricity around the deck (backyard) easy. Great work! When Dominic said that he and his crew would be there, they were.
