“We hired Nima to remodel a 90 year old 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home. Needless to say there were complications all of which were overcome. Nima completed the project on time and on budget. Change orders we gave him were incorporated without slowing the process and were reasonably priced. Nima’s subcontractors especially Marco his hardwood floor person, Lalo his tiler, and Bernando his electrician were very good. Rich and Payden his foreman and carpenter gave us sound advice. All in all the process went smoothly and we are happy with the finished product.”

“We found Rory when we decided to do some remodeling to our kitchen / living room and deck area of our San Francisco home. We put requests for quotes out to three contractors. Rory was the only one to respond quickly. When we met him we immediately felt comfortable with him. We described the work we wanted done and he made additional recommendations and helped us determine best solutions for things we were unsure how to accomplish. His quote was spot on without us even letting him know what our target budget was for the project. We had no reservations going with him without even looking at other contractors (which it turns out was good since the other contractors took months to get back to us!). Rory had other projects going, but scheduled ours in sensibly and set our expectations for the timeframe to finish the project. We were pleasantly surprised when, even though we added components to the scope, he and his crew completed the work well within the timeframe expected. His crew was professional and the job site cleaned up each evening. We have since had Rory come in to do piece meal projects and we know we can count on him to help us with anything we have need for (no job seems to small), and when needed he is able to recommend quality sub contractors, all of whom have done wonderful work (painters, electrician, etc.). We highly recommend Rory as a general contractor for any of your home improvement projects. He can take a job from start to finish professionally, for a good price with quality results.”

“We recently remodeled our kitchen during a fairly tough Covid climate. Despite any additional challenges that could arise due to restrictions and supply chains, our experience with Fernando and his team was still superior! He was wonderful to work with, very attentive to detail, kept everything moving and on time, and was super receptive to our feedback all the way through the project. Friends had warned us of how tough a renovation could be, but we really had a great experience with little to no surprises. I feel like the Kasas crew really thought ahead and deflected much of what could have been stressful. As first time reno for us, this was invaluable. Fernando worked so well with our designer, and to be honest, he brought some great ideas to the table. We plan to use Kasas Builders for the next project, our bathroom, and would highly recommend to anyone interested in quality work with minimal stress. “Great service and very professional remodeling company. We contact Mayer’s Construction and remodeling for a bathroom remodeling estimate. They were very nice on the phone and very respectful so we booked an early meeting including me and my husband. After receiving multiple offers from Others, they seems to be very knowledgable and gave us more logical ideas and more information about our future Bathroom Remodeling we had in mind. We hired them after 2 days of thoughts, and they came ready To work and showed us the exact schedule on this project. After less then a month we had a brand new remodeled bathroom. We are very exited to have this done with this professional people. We are happy we choose them for this kind of project and would like to recommend to other as well. Thank you very much. ———- Updating this has we have been hired again this great company, this time we choose to redo our front and back landscaping. We did worked on our idea for about 3 months until we got a firm design with the materials selection but the process wad extremely fast.
