“Scott Paulsen and his team have performed work on our home for the past several years. Scott has provided us counsel on a number of difficult projects on a high end home we remodeled in 2000. Several aspects of the remodel were poorly done and Scott has been invaluable in helping us correct some serious problems, including a poorly installed roof that leaked and nearly ruined some priceless woodwork in the home, and areas that were not constructed properly, collected moisture and resulted in rot and destruction of valuable window casings and exterior and interior walls. Scott fixed all of these with his crew and with other contractors he managed as our general contractor. Scott's team met their proposed completion dates and their budgets. Costs were very fair for the quality provided. Scott has also purchased furnace and refrigerator replacements for us and managed the installation to ensure it is done properly with a reasonable markup on his cost to purchase the items.
