“As the Interior Designer working with Wise Choice Construction on Nelle’s café project in Burien was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had working alongside a General Contractor team. This was not a small or easy project, and from start to finish, their entire team brought such a high level of professionalism, care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to the project, and it genuinely showed in every corner of the space. Boghan and Sergiy were absolutely incredible to work with throughout the build process. Their craftsmanship, communication, and dedication to getting every detail right were unmatched. They approached the project with so much pride and care, and you could truly feel how invested they were in making sure the final result was beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully executed. They were patient, solution-oriented, and always willing to collaborate to bring the design vision to life in the best way possible. Daniel, who helped estimate the project, was also amazing from the very beginning. He was thoughtful, transparent, and knowledgeable, and he made the entire process feel approachable and organized for both the client and the design team. Having a contractor team that communicates clearly and genuinely cares about the client experience makes all the difference, and Wise Choice exceeded expectations every step of the way. You can also tell that this level of care starts from the top with the owner, Svat. The culture he has built within his company is so evident through the team. Everyone genuinely cares about the quality of their work, the relationships they build, and creating the best possible outcome for their clients. Their attention to detail is truly next level, and as an interior designer, I deeply value how much they respect and support the design process. They don’t just “build” a project; they collaborate with us as a Design Team and support for the client, problem-solve alongside you, and do everything they can to help bring the vision to life. I recommend Wise Choice to all of my clients without hesitation and look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.”

“My deck sorely needed repair -- years of mold, lots of nails sticking up, a couple of boards rotted, a wobbly railing. Carlos and Alfonso spent three days cleaning and reinforcing the whole structure. It was never a showpiece from the beginning, but it looks a lot better than it did and is much stronger. My goal was to have a solid, safe deck and that's what they did for me. Both men were friendly, professional and efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised at how much they accomplished in a short time. I'd welcome them back on another project anytime.”

“A total kitchen remodel was done by tearing out a dated 1970s kitchen and appliances and expanding the kitchen into an adjacent formal dining room. This project was done by Jordan and his team of subcontractors, but Jordan was also very "hands-on"... he probably did around a third of the work on this project himself, but his strategic use of subcontractors resulted in faster completion time. He was also on-site when the subcontractors were at work to provide guidance and make sure that the expectations were being met. Jordan and his team are high tech... communications, bids, change orders, invoices were electronic. Scheduling of subcontractors and building materials were tracked electronically as well. Many parts and pieces were ordered off the internet due to price and availability. This project started in November and ended in January, spanning two winter storms, three holidays, and some vacations, and was still finished on schedule and within projected costs. His ability to plan a project's many steps in advance was a key to keeping subcontractors busy and staying on schedule. In the end, we ended up with total satisfaction on this kitchen remodel project. On schedule, on budget, no surprises, and it was a pleasure to have Jordan and his team around the house. We would recommend Jordan for any type of project. We are using him for other projects during and after the kitchen remodel that have shown he can tackle anything.”
