“PerfectView renovated my entire first floor - completely renovated a powder room (new floor, replaced toilet, sink, faucet and lighting, painted), and because I was so happy with their work, I used them again to renovate the kitchen (cabinets, counter, backsplash, shelves, undercabinet lighting, light fixture), replaced carpeting throughout 1st floor and stairs with hardwood flooring, updated electrical switches and plugs, installed new light fixtures, refaced a fireplace and painted the entire first floor and hall. Both projects were great experiences. Lou Cook worked me on design and made helpful suggestions. He recommended good suppliers who were very helpful as I made my selections for both projects; scheduling went well and they stayed with the project once it got started and finished it timely. That's particularly important to me since I've had experiences where contractors come and go and extend the length of time disrupting everything and not delivering on a timely basis. The powder room is also a laundry room and they moved my washer and dryer out of the room and then moved them back and reconnected them so that I didn't have to get someone else to do that. The room was clean and beautiful and any mess or disruption that extended outside the room during the renovation process was cleaned up. Some unexpected issues popped up - reconnecting a fan and having to add a damper to the heat source - and these were easily incorporated and handled. My garage was used as a staging area and even that had been properly cleaned up when the project was completed. For the larger renovation, work was timely, well done, even though I made several changes/additions during the process. They encountered a number of unexpected problems as they took up the carpeting ( no wood on stair landing, having to replace all the risers for the stairs), layers of old flooring in the kitchen and hall that changed the height of the floors, and they were dealt with in a way to correct the deficiencies and to try to minimize the additional cost without sacrificing the quality of the job. The only thing that went wrong was that they used a different brand of paint than what I wanted, although it was the same color and there was a recall on my undercabinet lightening that took some time to fix after the job was done. As with any job of this size, there were some small things that needed to be addressed at the end of the job - these were handled quickly and to my satisfaction. This is a good firm- their staff is professional, they help with design and suggestions, and stay with you until you are happy. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive and they don't waste your money.”

“TRP Construction renovated a small master bath for us. From our original contact with Tom, through the completion of the project, we were more than happy with the outcome. The proposal was detailed, discussed and changed as necessary so there were no questions as to the work to be performed. All subcontractors were timely, professional and left the site clean at the end of each day. We were kept informed of progress and knew who to expect and when. Tom was always available when questions arose and was on the site almost daily. Because of the size of the bathroom, some issues arose. Tom and his subs resolved them professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. Tom and his crew were clean, courteous and professional. Their ideas and suggestions were extremely helpful. The project was within budget and was started and completed on time. We highly recommend them and intend to contact Tom for another project.”
