“A big thank you to THA! I wanted my master bath gutted and redone. That was the extent of my knowledge. I knew I wanted blue. That was it. THA came in and gave me design options and explained how I could utilize space to my advantage. Well, I must say that I had so much fun working with John, Ali and the whole team. We laughed and debated some of my choices. Everything was explained as we progressed through each step. I would do it all over again. This was the best decision ever. I LOVE my bathroom. It is so beautiful and relaxing. Yes there are many shades of “blue “ but with help, I got the perfect color. The level of professionalism is beyond reproach. THA truly respects your home and your wishes. I highly recommend THA. So much so that my sister is having her bathrooms redone. I would give them 5+++stars.”

“Unique Builders, replaced an aluminum carport / sunroom with an integrated carport and converted the sunroom to living space. This required an extensive rebuild of the roof and added a lot of usable attic space. Issues arose, as they always do during a big project (this was weather-related). Unique responded to those issues promptly and completely to our satisfaction. To me that is how you judge a contractor – how they behave when things go south. The work was very high quality. They removed brick, cleaned it and used that brick to make the exterior of the added room blend with the rest of the house so well it is nearly impossible to tell where the new project started and the existing house ended.”
