    “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. He kept things simple, offered great advice, and completed the project on time and on budget. There were a couple unexpected situations as is the case with any remodel project, but Sean came up with great simple solutions. The quality of their work is top notch. Crew arrived on time, cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would highly recommend their team for your project.”

    “Create Construction helped me to renovate my bathroom in a 70 years old house. I had very short timeframe for them to complete the job before we moved in, and they nailed it. Very professional and experienced team. Yarin is very patient and detailed oriented, he always checked with me on all the details of the design. He has good understanding of how things works, and the whole project went smoothly without any big dramas. They are also always on top of any issues, and try to fix it ASAP. There was one night the team stayed until 11pm to finish the job so I can have the bathroom ready to use. They are the first contractor I have used, and I think I’m very lucky to have such a great experience with them.”

Steve helped us every step of the way, He did an in person consultation and gave us a very affordable and fair estimate for the job and agreed to take it on, even though it was a smaller job than usual. The work was done in a timely manner-- only three days-- and we were really happy with the results. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again.”
