“David and his team did an excellent job renovating our basement. We wanted to get rid of the secondary suite classification in our home by removing the basement kitchen, so we were grateful to have found David's company on Google. From the beginning, they had their own designer/architect create the drawings that were required by the city to complete this kind of work. After we got the permit, his team then came with all the materials they needed and finished the job within a prompt time frame. They went out and bought new materials, such as paint/floor pieces, when necessary. His team also helped us with some cosmetic work around the house outside of the scope of work they were assigned to do. David or another member of his team was always reachable via phone/email. Just one thing to be aware of is that our permit took a very long time (about 3 months) to acquire due to multiple iterations of design work having to be submitted to the city, but that can vary case by case. Overall, I would definitely recommend David and his team for any kind of renovation work.”

“I highly recommend Caisley Developments for high quality, professional service for home renovations. We hired them to manage a renovation of our new house while we were living in a different country! Luke and Dylan were responsive, communicative, and really understood what we wanted (vs. trying to upsell us or deliver services we didn't need). We ended up very happy with the end result. Scope included new hardwood/finishing in entire upstairs, repainting the entire house, improving irrigation around the house, reincorporation of basement suite, levelling of flooring in basement, tiling in all bathrooms. Simrat is also fully transparent, honest, and friendly and shares invoices promptly as they come in so that you can see for yourself whether budget is staying on track or not.”
