“We partnered with Tranquility builders for a sun room addition at our house in Naperville. We are beyond excited at how it has turned out. The design fits our house perfectly and working with Tranquility design team led by Ryan was easy and fun. Ryan used 3D graphics to help us visualize the room both inside and outside. Tranquility is not going to be the most cost economical option, but they do not compromise in the quality of materials or workmanship. They are really upfront. They have a very good team and the ability to really ensure that our room addition (or remodeling) was ultimately done correctly and to our full expectation was really amazing. We honestly felt that it was money well spent. Of course there were some hiccups, but that is to be expected with construction in general specially with supply chain issues. They made an extra effort to hit the deadlines without compromising the quality of construction. Product Engineer Elliot was always available to discuss, evaluate and resolve any issues that arose during the project. His subject matter expertise was always apparent and impressive. Not to leave out the team members. They were really nice to work with and always responsive. Overall, we are incredibly happy with the result and honestly think we got the addition that we always wanted. We would not hesitate to work with Tranquility Builders again.”

“We used Chi Renovation & Design for our basement remodel (after a pretty bad flood), and am thrilled with how things came out. After we worked through the design aspects, it was time to get started on the build. When it comes down to it, the most important piece from my experience is working with a general contractor that cares, takes ownership of the project, and is fast to rectify issues that inevitably arise when renovating. I can safely say that Ron, who was the GC that managed our project embodied all of those qualities. I never had to prove to Ron why we may have needed something changed, fixed, or reworked; not only was he often already aware of it, he always took responsibility and got it done. He was always fair. Beyond that ownership, the subcontractors that work with Chi Reno & Design were excellent, especially the drywall and painter folks. Honestly, by far the best paint work that has been done on our house. To that end, the value of the work done was well worth the (reasonable) price. I am thrilled with how it came out, and my kids love playing down there everyday!”
