“Beverly Thomas, a husband wife duo, designed and remodeled a kitchen bath project and also a master bath project in our 100 yo home. Our kitchen remodel required a complex carrying beam installation and blending three different spaces together, floors / ceilings, into the final space. The project was both labor and craft intensive. Both the Beverly Thomas employees and subcontractors worked with professionalism, care and as a team in executing the project. They did their best to limit the impact on our family while being sure to communicate clearly throughout the projects. We couldn’t recommend Beverly Thomas more.”

“We highly recommend Clarksville Construction Services (CCS). We began the process of looking for a company to finish our basement in October of 2018. CCS was one of the companies that we solicited for an estimate. It had previously repaired some cracked joists in our basement so we had some prior--albeit limited--experience with the company. Our entire experience with CCS was phenomenal. The sales representative, Kevin, was easy to work with and listened to our "basement wants." He also suggested ideas for things we had not thought about to help our basement be highly functional such as putting in a large storage closet. Our experience with Kevin is a primary reason we decided to contract with CCS. Representatives from other companies did not always listen to us and rather did not want to give us the design we were seeking but what they thought would be best. Specifically, other officials did not want to give us a large laundry room even commenting that people don't want laundry rooms anymore. Once we signed the proposal, CCS assigned a project manager and assistant to our job who reached out to us and provided us with necessary information so that we could make our product selections prior to beginning the job. The assistant, Veronica was fantastic and was always responsive to our requests. She clearly laid out items that were within our allowance and those that would exceed an allowance to help ensure we stayed within our budget. Our project manager Fidel was extremely personable and kept us informed of the job progress. He listened to our needs, stopped by our home almost every day during construction, and always addressed any issues or concerns we had. We were amazed at how often Fidel solicited our input throughout the process to ensure our needs were met. We also dealt with a number of CCS staff and subcontractors such as Beth, Megan, and Marcus. They were all polite, professional, and helpful. When entering our home, the workers took care to minimize any damage or dirt and always cleaned up at the end of each day. As with any renovation, there were some issues, but CCS always took action to make it right. We have a beautiful finished basement where we love to go everyday to do laundry, workout, or obtain items from storage. We highly recommend CCS for your renovation or construction needs and look forward to working with them on our future projects.”
