We hired TJ Nelson Home Improvements to renovate our bathroom. Ted was very professional and friendly. He was receptive to minor additions to the job that came up during construction. Bath Builder remodeled our bathroom that was 15 years old. First and foremost, they discovered a leak that we didn't know had developed. Secondly, they did amazing work. They put high end designer fixtures in our bathroom. They went above and beyond to make our bathroom spectacular. And I can't even begin to describe the painting work which was the most professional I have ever seen. The rest of the house needs a facelift now that the bathroom looks so good! We engaged CRAFT Design + Build to design and build a custom bookcase in our living room. Derek was extremely helpful with his ideas and suggestions we were glad to incorporate into our project. Derek and his co-worker Corey arrive on time and work very efficiently. In addition to outstanding carpentry, they expertly handled complicated wiring for a flat screen TV located next to the bookcase. The work site was left clean every night. We worked with Stephen Sullivan Jr over the course of a year from 2019 - 2020 to design, obtain a builder for, and build our beautiful new home. Stephen was always professional, and patient, very good at explaining things, and had many ideas for our new home that were outside the box. We were very pleased with our house plans and received complements from several building officials on their quality. Stephen made several site visits and provided valuable input throughout our building process. This is the third house we’ve built and it is by far the best experience we have had. Although Tony has done many projects on our home ... (from constructing a complete bedroom set, to building a fireplace mantle with built-in book shelves, to adding built-in shelves and storage on a bay window cove, to attaching an antique corner cupboard with matching trim and chair railing, to upgrading a kitchen sink window, to replacing siding on our garage, to opening the kitchen wall making an archway and enlarging the kitchen island with a lit wine rack - built-in oven - spice rack - pan storage and seating for five, and more...) ...the most recent project was to remodel our porch by removing two windows and a door, then replacing them with french double doors with fixed glass windows on each side. He also replaced a second (side) door and filled the opening with a perfectly matching window. Then he re-stained the entire room including the floor. I might add that it was no small task to match the sun faded walls and floor in that room. Tony has not only completed the task on time and on budget but was very patient at explaining any detail or question ( which has always been the case with him). He is truly a master craftsman, and we have never been disappointed with the quality of his work. We look forward to the next project on the horizon.

Our project is well underway! Exponent was chosen to renovate our 200 year old Victorian property, and restore it to its former glory. Unfortunately, it has gone through many poor renovations over the last two centuries, but this was nothing to stop Ethan from envisioning what it could become. His team is so professional and up front. He was beyond detailed with his estimate, and we were able to sign off that the price we agreed was the price we paid. No magical fees added in or surprises. Even when we uncovered some unexpected issues, he immediately had a solution that didn't add any time to the project. We expect the project to be complete in May, and thus far the experience has been flawless in professionalism, schedule, and communication. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Exponent!

Yankee Remodeler did a great job on a full bath and partial kitchen remodel. The crew, which was led by an experienced project manager, and process was very professional. They presented reasonable options, problem-solved issues and delivered in a timely manner. Working with them was a positive experience. The outcome of remodel met my expectations. Great job!
