“This is the 2nd project we have had F4L Construction complete for us. We have been highly satisfied with both larger projects. The 1st one was a remodel of 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. We remain highly pleased with this construction. We then had him rebuild and extend our outdoor deck this spring. It has turned out beautifully, and his attention detail is appreciated. Chris is easy to work with, and supplies you with an accurate quote. Each day the job site is cleaned, and you always know when the next step will take place. He's a strong communicator. We had some delayed railing issues due to supplier issues, and he was ready to rock-n-roll when the parts finally came over a month later, he then even remedied one situation we had with the railing parts. He didn't have to, and could have had me do it, but he wanted the job to move forward as quickly as possible. I'd strongly recommend Chris and F4L for any construction project you may have. If he feels it's in his wheelhouse, trust him to do it. You'll be more than satisfied I promise!”

“We hired Barney to build a room in our unfinished basement right after purchasing our home. He was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. He helped us with initial design of the room and gave good advice on future improvements to the room, such as adding a future closet and converting the existing window into a proper egress window. He also diagnosed an unrelated plumbing issue and installed an additional light (and switches) in the basement where one didn't exist at no additional charge. His final price was exactly what he provided in his initial estimate. We will use Barney again when we remodel the laundry area in the basement and add a bathroom to it. Highly recommended!”
