112 home improvements as built an office in my basement, renovated my children's bathroomand laid temporary flooring in my kitchen. All jobs were done quickly, professionally and came out better than I could have imagined. He also did renovations to my mother in laws kitchen and master bath. We will continue to hire John and his crew to do out renovation work around our home. He is the only contractor out of 3 I will refer. Next up the rest of my basement and kitchen!!!

John did a very good job on a fairly large project for us: building an extension on our house which contained a new kitchen, as well as adding a dormer to the upstairs bedroom of our Cape Cod. All of the construction is sound and all permitting was taken care of. He was available and knowledgeable and fairly priced.

John replaced four windows (one with a bay window), repaired water-damaged walls and replaced kitchen sink and bathroom vanity. The water damage turned out to be more than expected once he removed the sheet rock and he gave me a reasonable price to make the extra work. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended
