Just completed an 800 Sqft ADU for our rental property in Los Angeles, we couldn’t be happier with the results! from the first meeting with Jonathan, the agent, he gave us all the information and shared his and the company’s knowledge about the ADU we can build. 9 months after that first meeting we got our final approval from the city and we can start renting it, woo! The process was smooth with the office they always answered and replied to our concerns (this was our first ADU build) Thank you 360Builders team!

With a 5,000 Sf back yard and a grown up son we new ADU is the move for us, we interviewed 4 different companies , in the end we chose Dor and 360Builders. we new immediately we can trust him and ever since than we didn't regret it for 1 second , the office , Dor and 360Builders Owners were always responsive and answered me immediately for any questions i may had. we had 600 Sf ADU- 1 bedroom with a sliding door to the backyard. This is my first time having a major renovation done. I have heard horror stories about contractors and projects going terribly wrong but thankfully I chose the right contractor to take on my project. We spoke to 6 different contractors before choosing 360Builders, they were the only ones that included everything that we wanted done that fit our budget. Ori also responds quickly to all my texts and phone calls which is a luxury in this day. He is straight forward with his answers and doesn't waste time. And before deciding on how I wanted things done he always gave me options that would better functionality and flow throughout my home. i really happy with all the process with Ori and 360Builders team.

I have nothing but praise for 360Builders. They removed a bathtub setup and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. The complete project was completed in 4 days and we are thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend 360Builders for people who need shower/bathtub renovations.
