Outstanding company with great attention to detail! You will know that you are in good hands from the first person that you speak with.
several months ago we wrote a review a ATex Roofing and our experiences. It was negative and truthful. Afterwards we continued to have roof problems. about a month ago october 2020 we were contacted by the owner of ATex roofing, Nick, who requested that REMOVE the negative review. WOW what a great example of who ATex is, all they want are positive reviews and only they know how many, probably alot , of negative reviews besides ours. Just a few days ago, thxgiving weekend we got some rain and again the roof failed. no surprise. We had a roof inspector check it out and found out that Atex roofing did NOT contect the guttrs and scuppers, that they installed were incorrect and left the top of the pait in the scupper/guffer which clogged up and caused damage. We got other people to disconnect and reconnect all gutter/scupper so we do not have more problems. Again, our opinion is: nick, owner only interested in the money and not customer satisfaction; Phillip, sales person, nice fellow but NO influence on work performed and Randall Throckmorton, TTex quality control guy, incompetent and/or careless in his work. This is our opinion and we have documentation and pictures. Our advice to all others, DO not contract ATex, you will be greatly disappointed.
I had a roof leak on May, 2015. My living room ceiling is 18ft high, so painting over the water stain is very hard work. Anyway, A-tex roofing came out and fixed the roof (it was vent boot leaking). They did not replace the boot (it is less than $10 each), just put some roofing cement on it (what a poor job. I am sure they knew it was going to leak again but not during warranty period(1 yr)). And they charged $575 for it. I got another leak at the same place again about a week ago (we had 8 inches of rain over night). This time, I called other roofing company, and they replaced 3 entire vent flashings, not just patch work. They gave me 3 yr warranty. And they charged less. I don't recommend A-Tex at all to anybody!
I had a kitchen fire and hired this company to do the restoration/remodel of my kitchen. The workers all had great attitudes, good manners, and did a great job. My kitchen is now nearly complete and I am extremely happy with the results. The owner of the company was personally involved and made several visits to my home and also went with me to select some of the appliances, etc. to be installed. He made this entire process much easier for me as I had never had to deal with a fire before.
