A-Z Vision Remodeling

Initially I was planning on eating the cost of hiring Dave and chalk it up to a shitty experience with a bad contractor in 2020 BUT the tiles started lifting in the bathrooms he completely botched so I decided to post a review to hopefully prevent this happening to another person. We have had multiple companies come out to see what it would cost to have everything repaired and it would cost upwards of 50000 and that is infuriating. Based on my personal experience with this contractor, if you want: pipes leaking, tubs not sealed, grout missing, pieces of the floor were missing tile, grout was coming out off the floor, paint on the carpet, water leaking from the shower doors, damage to baseboards from the water leaking from the shower doors, toilet was not installed properly, bathroom accessories were not installed toilet paper and towel holder, peeling caulking, rough cuts on tiles, chipped tiles, non-working exhaust fans, missing niche… hire this guy. (Items in pictures are not dirty, his crew left them stained with something that I have not been able to remove/clean). We should have known this was going to be a nightmare when he kept all of the demolition from the bathrooms in our garage until the completion of the project. We were initially told 1 month, but it started in June 2020 and ended in August 2020 and we were dealing with trying to get him to fix his wrongdoings until July of 2021 after which he ghosted us. The demolition was done and they left a leak that ended up causing damage to the downstairs ceiling, the lights were installed unevenly and electricians said that they were not licensed, we sent pictures of all of the issues aforementioned and he sent in a “plumber” (no license) to check the leaking issue and deemed it to be “corroded pipes” on the pipes he had just installed (make that make sense) so we got a second and third opinion from two local licensed plumbers that determined that the tub and pipes had not been sealed when being installed. After this he sent out Billy, a handyman, to fix all the issues but only managed to make things worse. After his handyman came out to attempt to fix the issues his crew left, the contractor claimed that since someone else had touched the work he was no longer liable yet sent us a document to sign saying he had completed the repairs? He did not even fulfill the scope of expectations HE wrote into his own contract and when called out on it he said to call Sapir and she would arrange to take care of it but as soon as we did that she and David ghosted us. I honestly have no clue how the work they did passed inspection, also I cannot seem to find any sort of permit for one of the three bathrooms he remodeled. I had forgotten to mention his crew also broke the first set of shower doors by putting them in sideways, I didn’t even know that was possible. Notable events:Mold was found in the master bathroom and a company was hired through him for the testing and mold removal. TxtMSGproof

The good thing about these folks is their responsiveness and care for their clients. As much as I appreciate the project manager and the owner I would rather mention the workers who were here everyday diligently working on our property. These men show up early leave late clean up and perform their duties excellently. We are very happy we chose to work with them as it seems like they take pride in their work. Whatever your project, you need a contractor who both knows what they're doing and you can trust. The owner and A-Z Vision Remodeling meet those important requirements.

We had the pleasure of completing our home remodeling with A-Z Vision Remodeling in this year. They were recommended by a neighbor who has worked them in the past. Their professionalism and workmanship are top notch, but the personable care and attention really mattered to us the most. This is not a company that hires the cheapest help to make the biggest buck. They take pride in what they do. I'd be glad to refer them to anyone I know.

They did a fantastic job and definitely more than I expected! I was very nervous when I chose the contractor to do this remodel project but it was smooth. The manager came to the house to give an estimate and provide a lot of details everything in writing. It was very clear to me. If you need something done in your home, I would not hesitate to contact the team here. They are reliable, professional, and deliver results. I've recommended them to friends and I would recommend them to you too!

Just got both our kitchen and backyard remodeled and I'm very happy with the results. We called to set up an inspection and the technician was very polite in confirming everything and arrived on time. I was a bit surprised by the estimate at first, but David was able to give us a great offer and even walked us through the various financing options. In the end we were able to go through with the project without hurting my wallet and we even ended up going with a white color rather than the olive green we guard agreed on. My brother just converted his garage- wish we would've know about you guys sooner!

Thanks to David & Boyana I was able to get my living room remodeled & my attic insulated just in time for the summer & at a great cost! Even my mother- in- law was left speechless after visiting & seeing the chic new flooring & paint. I had gotten a few estimates in the past, however, I am not exactly the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to understanding construction terms & procedures- which is why I appreciate that David & his team took the time to explain just how long the actual project would be, how the financing worked & how they would go about the attic cleaning & so forth. I am very satisfied with their customer service & the overall job. Would definitely contact for future renovations

We love our beautiful new kitchen! It is exactly what I envisioned and dreamed of. The AZ vision Kitchen Remodeling team was so organized, professional and easy to work with from the very beginning, all the way to the very last day. Their work looks amazing and is very high quality. I still can’t believe how fast they accomplished our completely renovated kitchen! I’d do it again a million times and can’t recommend them enough!
