With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Greg is a registered contractor in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and also a licensed NJ building inspector and licensed NJ real estate agent. He has a degree in engineering and is BPI certified in energy auditing.
We are located on Rt 31 South (Pennington Rd.) in Pennington, NJ.
If you are traveling North bound on Rt 31 you cannot cross the two lane highway.
Continue a ½ mile North to the Pennington circle and reverse direction.

A&E Construction provided a great design for my kitchen remodel. The high level of workmanship is evidenced by my beautiful new kitchen. They helped me with selections for appliances, cabinets, tiles & flooring. The work was completed on time and the crew left my house in order every day. We hired A&E to do a bathroom renovation, a closet rebuild, and some painting and odds and ends before we moved into our house. Greg, Karen, and Rachel could not have been nicer or more professional. They explained every step of the process to us in detail, helped us make design choices, and brought the project in on time and on budget. We will definitely hire them again for future projects.

My husband and I recently used Greg and his staff at A&E Construction to design and build a two story addition, renovate our powder room and mudroom, replaced our siding with Hardie board and replaced the roof. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. From the beginning, Greg was extremely easy to work with. His communication during the project made us feel at ease throughout the process. Greg's employees were polite, respectful of our space, and cleaned up after themselves daily. The carpenters, electricians, plumbers and everyone in between really prided themselves in their work. Our project stayed on budget and was completed in the timeframe we were given. We feel that our end result is of highest quality. We are happy that we were able to support a local business and would highly recommend A&E Construction to our friends and neighbors.

To say that I love my new three season room is an understatement. The men and women who worked on the project are masters at their craft. The office staff was available any time I needed help with design elements. Everyone worked diligently and at the end of each day the work site was spotless. A & E was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The contract was detailed and very specific. When we chose upgrades or had unexpected problems, the house was built in 1910, Greg was always absolutely clear about cost. There were no surprises! The entire team is professional and very service oriented. They were helpful, flexible, and creative. The workmanship was excellent and the results are beautiful. The subcontractors were great too. arrived promptly every morning and left the house neat and clean each afternoon. If it's possible to say, when your house was invaded Monday through Friday by people wielding hammers and othe tools of destruction, we miss them!!! They were really great to work with. A&E remodeled and reconfigured our master bath and WIC. We had a poor layout from the original builder and very tiny closets. A&E's designer, Donald, came up with great ideas and a better plan to maximize closet space and give us a larger shower and private toilet area. They also remodeled our kids' bathroom. I was most impressed with their desire to make the customer happy. Whenever we had a question or issue, it was promptly addressed. They stand behind their work. Their plumbers, electricians and tilers are all top notch! It has been more than a year since our renovation was completed, so I can confidently tell you everything has worked well and we love the improvements in our home! If you want your job done right with quality construction, then A&E is the one for you!

Greg, Karen, and their whole team make renovation a smooth, seamless, fast, and on-budget experience! Their level of professionalism, attentiveness, integrity, and high quality craftsmanship make A&E stand out, and sets them apart from the rest. My husband and I also worked with A&E a few years ago for a major kitchen addition at our cafe and catering company and were so, so pleased! Greg made sure that our commercial kitchen and production were not interrupted even for a minute (which was SO important, and at a busy time of year!). Completely professional company from start to finish. Accurate estimate that was stuck to as a final cost except for changes made to the project along the way which was expected. Crew is courteous and respectful at all times. Owner is responsive to all forms of contact, and stays involved even when not on site to lead his crew. They have top-notch workmen who care about the quality of their work and pay attention to detail. They clean up every day and keep the work area as livable as possible throughout the project. When we had a slight issue with a closet door they installed, they came back to fix it even though months had passed, and at no charge. We will be hiring them again for future projects!
