How do you write a review about an extraordinary company? We’ll give it a try. We’ve had other homes built in the past, but those processes were nothing like building with Acadia Building Company and Nate Mason. First, we called his references. They ALL shared their positive experiences, telling us of Nate’s superior communication skills, bidding process and staying on budget and on time. We were sold. Now we want to share the same experience, telling you that everything Nate’s clients said is true. Acadia is truly a CUSTOM BUILDER. We searched the Treasure Valley, but most “custom” builder options allow you to select only interior finishes, etc. We designed our home and Nate made our dream come true. We love our new home. We cannot say enough good about them. Acadia Building Company is an outstanding company. Best builder in the valley.

Acadia building did a great job on our new detached shop garage. It had to match our previously built custom home, and architecturally looks excellent. Nate and Kenzie are fantastic to work with, responsive, have great subs, and did everything they could to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity on your next job.

When my wife and I both retired, we began the search for our forever home. We researched literally dozens of custom home builders, and after careful consideration we decided to go with Nate Mason and Acadia Building Company. My wife had researched several custom home plans but couldn't find "that" one, so we settled on a general design which we gave to Nate along with some penciled in ideas and changes. Nate made some suggestions as well and once we had it all done, Nate gave the design to his architect who in short order, created a masterpiece! We gave Nate the go ahead (mind you this was right smack in the middle of the Covid debacle), and he set to work on the home. One of the great things about Nate is if you want to be included in the process as the home progresses, he will certainly keep you in the loop and updated about hiccups, product shortages/delays, etc. Most importantly, Nate was very responsive and answered all of our questions and or concerns. Nate only uses top notch contractors and sub-contractors, not one of whom were a disappointment to us. On the contrary, some of them even made suggestions about how to actually improve things! The framing contractor made several suggestions and after seeing the final product, we were so glad we went with those changes. His trim carpenter is phenomenal and built all of the huge beams in the great room and master bedroom! Most importantly, our home was built "on time" and "on budget"! Our "Forever Home" is the actual Ridgemont featured on the Acadia Building Company website, and we are honored that Nate has utilized it in his profile page!!

Acadia Building Company did an amazing job on our home. We had a unique and challenging lot in the Boise Foothills. Acadia met the challenge with experience and the skill set necessary for our home. Our project went smooth from start to finish. I would recommend Acadia Building Company to anyone.
