My husband and I found Jackson on this Houzz website and were absolutely thrilled with his work. Jackson is extremely professional, an excellent communicator and his team wonderful. Jackson provided us with a very detailed quote on updating our bathroom and timeline. We stuck to the timeline and price quoted. When he and his team left at the end of each day, they swept, put tools away and left the area very clean and tidy. If there were any delays Jackson would always reach out to us. We are very pleased with the look of our renovated bathroom and have already discussed other projects with him. We would highly recommend him.

I hired Jackson (Acute Construction) for a major renovation project - kitchen, large pantry, two bathrooms and ceilings. They did a FANTASTIC job!!!! Jackson is knowledgeable, skilled, pays attention to detail, listens, adapts, hard worker and is overall a nice guy! I had a very dated kitchen and bathrooms. I now have a warm and inviting kitchen (and bathrooms) that I love being in. I am happier than I expected. And they kept to a six week schedule. Hired Jackson to do a complete renovation for my condo. He was easy to deal with and kept us up to date weekly with what they were doing that week. He responded very quickly to any questions we had no matter what time of the day it was. He took the time to really understand the look I was going for in my place and made recommendations based off of that. Jackson really went above and beyond in terms of quality and customer service. Everything turned out amazing, I would recommend him to anyone looking to do renovations and would hire him again for any future renovations I decide to do!

My husband and I hired Jackson to renovate our master ensuite and add an office in our basement which included adding a new window. From his initial quote to the completion of our project, Jackson was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Him and his crew (especially Dayton) were so friendly and the work they did was perfection. Jackson was referred to us for a bathroom renovation, and he was a pleasure to work with. His estimate was accurate and the timeline for the project completion was as he projected. Jackson communicated effectively before and during the project and he was always available to answer questions. When we had some trouble sourcing items, he suggested alternative suppliers which made our lives so much easier. A renovation is always messy and Jackson was great about containing dust, etc. as best he could, and cleaning up at the end of the day. The quality of the work was excellent and we are very happy with our new bathroom. We would definitely seek his services again for future projects.

Jackson was great to deal with. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us options. He also thought about things in the process and gave us a suggestion we didn't even think about. We hired Jackson to build our garage. It's still in the works but I am amazed at the work he's done already. Jackson of Acute construction completed our install of LVP on November 14, 2019. Work was completed on time and on budget. Other notable worker and workmanship feedback: prompt service, timely arrivals, well managed dust and debris control and cleanup , precise measure and install, creative solutions to complete complicated transitions around a curved and and elevated ensuite. I plan on using Acute Construction on a future project.

My partner and I decided the renovate the basement of our house to allow for more entertainment space in our small 1950s bungalow. Jackson was very accommodating with all of our requests and had so much patience with all of our questions and fears about this project. He always made himself available for us when we needed him and was able to offer suggestions to improve on our original design idea based on his experience in construction. We had originally made the mistake of hiring a family member to assist us with the plumbing rough-ins for a full bathroom as well as convert the heating system to an on-demand hot water tank/boiler. The family member did not finish the work and left us very suddenly with no heat or water in the house and months behind our projected end date. Jackson was able to step in and take control of the situation immediately and get the project back on track and finish it better than we could have envisioned. It's always difficult with renovations in such an old house, there's always surprises, but he was able to work with everything in the house and allowed us to have the smoothest construction experience.
