It has taken me a couple months to write this review because I've been too busy enjoying Adlich's work. We are overjoyed with the work that was done and the overall experience. The attention to detail, never accepting "good enough" (even when it came directly from us), made a huge difference in the finished product. The entire Adlich team, which felt more like a family, was wonderful to work with. We especially appreciated the clear, consistent communication, something I feel that many contractors miss the mark on. We were never left wondering what was next in the project or who was going to be in our home. Every contractor that worked on the project, from demo, to electrical, to drywall, to painting, to. . ., was very respectful of us, our house, and even our curious dog. We priced out several contractors and Adlich landed in the higher end of the middle but definitely not the most expensive of the bunch. What we got in a finished product and overall experience was no doubt well worth it. Having been through other nightmare renovations, we dreaded taking on another remodeling project. Adlich showed us there is such thing as a good home renovation experience and it's left us wanting for more.

I can’t say enough about Adlich Renovation from start to finish it was a great experience. I really liked my home before but after the renovation I fell in love with my home. I would recommend Adlich Renovation 100% and then some!

Brandon and Aliah helped me get on the right track after experiencing inferior and dishonest contractors. They instilled trust and confidence from the beginning. They came up with a plan for my renovation and guided me through each step. We had weekly meetings with detailed written summaries for reference. They also handled a few unexpected issues that came up during my renovation with care and professionalism. They were respectful toward my family, pets, and home. They cleaned work spaces at the end of each day. They provided quick responses to any questions I had. Aliah and Brandon addressed every detail and exceeded my expectations. Overall, they provided high quality construction and amazing design work. Thank you so much to the entire Adlich team! I am already saving for my next renovation with Team Adlich.

5 stars again for Adlich Renovations! We've worked with their team three times now - twice for bathroom remodels and most recently for a kitchen remodel/porch enclosure. Demo-ing a kitchen and having a gaping hole in your house is nerve-wracking but the Adlich team made us feel confident and calm throughout the entire process. Their daily emails always let us know exactly what was happening when, and their attention to detail was impressive. We're thrilled with how our kitchen turned out - thank you for turning our dreams into reality!!

They were extremely communicative, organized, and professional - they set high standards for their work, including work done by their subcontractors, and even minor bumps in the process (that come with the territory of any renovation) were always addressed promptly and solutions were communicated clearly. My partner and I are over the moon with the remodel of our Richmond home! Adlich Renovations, LLC, is top shelf in every aspect and provides great value for the money spent. The consummate knowledge of the principals, especially Alia and Whitney, allayed our fears about undertaking this large project. They guided us seamlessly from design to choosing products. Each vendor with whom they work had a vast array of options and we love everything we put into our home! Alia had an exceptional way of gleaning our style, and she offered a wealth of great options. They truly went the extra mile to insure that our hopes and dreams were realized (including a custom made etched glass barn door for our bedroom!) We were extremely impressed with the way the team kept us apprised of the work every step of the way. I've completed renovations in the past, including a job that unfortunately resulted in an unplanned total home gut job. Unfortunately, those experiences were less than ideal, some even worthy of legal action (especially the gut job). Adlich Renovations came highly referred from two trusted sources. Despite my reservations due to past experiences...I must say they are amazing! Their level of expertise, professionalism, patience, quality, attention to detail and style are top tier. My project included a kitchen renovation (wall removed), reno powder room, and replacing all the flooring on my first floor & a portion of my upstairs. Alia worked closely with me throughout the design process. All of my appointments were arranged for me; all I had to do was show up and bring my imagination. The total job took about 6 weeks. My background in project and program management makes me inclined to coordinate and organize. However, in this case, I was able to sit back and relax...I was a customer which was a change of pace for me. Alia and Whitney provided daily updates (via email) on the next day's plan, including the arrival time. I met with Alia weekly to discuss any open questions and overall progress. I stayed in my home during the renovations. You would imagine there was dirt, dust and grime everywhere. Nope, not at all. It wasn’t spotless (it is construction after all), however they were very neat and “reno clean” throughout the entire process. The dumpster was neatly packed, there weren’t nails or material parts floating around outside of my house, sawdust was even cleaned up before they left for the day. As for issues, sometimes things don't always go as planned. About a week or so after they finished the job, I noticed a small defect in one of my cabinet doors. I reached out to them and shared pictures/video. Adlich Renovations contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. Shipment took the normal couple of weeks. The cabinet door was delivered to my house on a Friday, and Brandon installed the cabinet the following Monday. I have to thank Adlich Renovations for their patience because I asked tons of questions and changed my mind on finishes a couple of times. Alia did a excellent job with keeping me grounded; from what I've been told, that isn't easy :-). I already have my next project scheduled and am looking forward to getting it done and working with Adlich Renovations!

Loved working with Adlich! I had 2 larger projects - an addition and then a complete gut and redo of my kitchen, and they did both. My experience was great. Alia got what I was going for and was very collaborative along the way. Not only does my house look amazingly cool, it's been done with the hight of quality. They were meticulous to make sure things were done correctly. I was keep very informed. Daily updates, specifics on who would be at my house/when, timelines, etc. Things were also kept on schedule. When unexpected issues did come up (as happens in a 70+ year old house reno), we discussed and plans were arranged quickly. It's a lot when your house is being ripped up and put back together while you're living in it. But being well informed, knowing that things were moving, being able to quickly help with unexpected surprises made the world of difference. That's what Adlich provided. I would 100% work with them again!

Adlich Renovations added a first floor bedroom, bath, and walk-in closet to our existing home. Alia, Brandon, Whitney, Jamie and Ronnie did an excellent job. Their attention to detail and communication on a daily basis was superior. The workmanship of the addition is beautiful and the journey to the completion of the addition was stress free. Alia provided her professional attention to all of our selections and she always went beyond what was expected to give us a beautiful addition. They always cleaned up after their daily work, always used drop cloths everyday as to not to track anything in the house and made sure all work areas were safe. Their subcontractors were also very professional and always made sure that they cleaned up the work space when they completed their assigned job. We enjoyed working with them and they were always respectful of our home and were always very accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any renovations that you need to have done. They are a first rate company! You will be pleased with the work performed without a doubt! After the completion of addition, they provided a notebook of all materials used during the renovations and owner's manuals of the HVAC systems, etc. Thanks Alia, Brandon, Whitney, Jamie and Ronnie! You guys are the best!!!

We could not be happier!! Absolutely tremendous job on our primary suite wet room! Highly skilled with a caring for our house as if it was their own. They helped guide us through every step and were always responsive to our questions or needs. Very proactive communication throughout the project. Wholeheartedly recommend Adlich Renovations!

Adlich Renovations completed a 400 square foot kitchen and great room addition. We started in May 2023 and completed in Nov 2023. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. There are several points why I rated this project a 5 star. The top 3 are: 1) The Project manager and her team were very organized. The daily update and weekly planning and flow of communication assured me of progress, the questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Though we discovered many issues along the way especially working with older homes, these were discussed and problem solved, priced and approved to move forward pretty quickly. Increase in budget to fix newly discovered issues were discussed immediately so there were no real surprises when it came to expenses. 2) The construction team was very respectful and professional. The site was tidied up after completing for the day - the blankets folded neatly in a corner and tools and supplies were organized in one spot. 3) The quality of the work and most importantly the follow-up after the completion is exceptional. I was provided a binder with all of the information including appliances and warranties. As I settle in the new part of my house and have minor adjustments to be done, the team is there to follow-up and support. This is the dream team for your renovation! They are worth the wait.

We can’t say enough good things about Alia, Brandon and the rest of the Adlich team. Alia’s vision combined with Brandon’s know-how is a recipe for customer satisfaction. We started with a house we really weren’t sure we wanted and have ended with something well beyond what we thought possible. We’ve done everything from a new roof to new floors and renovated each room in between over the past year and a half and we’ve never once had so much as a slight problem. It’s very clear Alia and Brandon care deeply about their work and their customers. We won’t use anyone else.

Leave no stone unturned. Communication is impeccable and attention to detail is unmatched. From start to finish and everyday in between communication is excellent. We have used them for two different projects and have been pleased on both of the projects.

We had Adlich Renovations help us with an addition to the back of our house and a stamped concrete patio. The results were amazing! Fourth new project with Adlich Renovations, fourth time our expectations have not just been met, but were exceeded!! The Adlichs are professional, prompt, reliable, creative, and just good people all around :) And this goes for their entire team as well. Not to mention, when I casually mentioned things outside of the project that I eventually wanted to hire them for, they went ahead and fixed it!! The fact that we keep going back to them time and time again should speak volumes to how much we love them!!

A renovation project like none we have ever experienced before. The price was competitive and the quality excellent. What set Adlch apart was their approach to client communication and the professionalism and friendliness of their staff. For the entire length of the project, we received daily emails with notice of who would be on site the next day, what they would be doing, when they would arrive and how long they planned to work that day. All of their staff were personable and professional. No goofing off, and they cleaned up every day before they left. Would recommend them without reservation, and would definitely hire them again.

The Adlich team were great to work with from the initial meeting and discussion of what we wanted, through the planning and design of our renovation, and throughout completion of the project. They work with you at your pace, assist in all elements of your project, and we very clear about pricing and it was clear what we were getting and where we had excess or went over budget in our options (we usually ended up under budget!). We had a complex part of the renovation that involved significant structural changes and Alia and Brandon helped figure out the best option for our home and came up with a much better final product than we initially planned on our own. We work from home and have a dog and over months of work, we had minimal disruption, they were extremely clean, gave updates on arrival times every day, and took care of our home while we traveled for over a week. Every member of the team was great. The Adlich team was referred to us by a neighbor after we looked at several other renovation companies prior to them and have now been hired or completed nearly half of the neighborhood's renovations because everyone has been happy with their service and the results. Honestly, I can't recommend a company higher than this team.

We had a great experience with Adlich Renovations! They renovated a bathroom and built a new screen porch for us. Communication was great throughout the projects, and their crews were fantastic. We will definitely be using them again.

We love working with the Adlich team! We've completed two bathroom projects with them now and can't recommend them enough. Their craftsmanship is, of course, top-notch but we especially liked the constant communication and answers to all of our questions. It's hard to find a team that does such a good job with project management, design AND construction/renovation.

After searching for the right contractors, we are thankful to have found Brandon and Alia Adlich, Adlich Renovations and we cannot be happier that we hired them for our projects! We always wanted to have a screened in porch, but other contractors felt it could not be done without extensive work to the side of our home. Brandon and Alia figured it out and we love our new porch. All members of their team are friendly and professional, both employees and sub-contractors. The yard and driveway were always left clean and neat at the conclusion of each day. Alia sent updates daily, so we knew who to expect and what work was being done that day. Brandon and Alia were always available by phone/text/email. The project was completed in the timeframe given. Drawings and estimate did not have hidden surprises. Given our great experience with them on our porch, we hired Adlich Renovations to renovate our kitchen, primary bath, and half bath. We planned to have the hardwood floors refinished, so we decided to move out. This required a lot of planning. Alia worked with us to find dates that worked and we ordered all materials early for an extremely seamless process. This experience was a fantastic repeat of the first! Although we did not stay in our home for this renovation, we received daily updates on progress and what work was scheduled for the next day. We have always felt comfortable with everyone working on our home. One thing we learned through the process of finding Adlich Renovations, is that not all quotes are the same. Some companies quote the cheapest materials in order to win the business. Adlich Renovations figure out your needs and quote based on what you tell them you are looking for. We found their quotes to be reasonable and not have hidden costs. Their quotes were right on target and if we paid more it was because we wanted higher end appliances or fixtures. They work with you to adjust where they can. Our neighbors also expressed their experience with our projects. The noise was not excessive and was at appropriate times. The people working on our house were always friendly and professional. The work was done in the timeframe we told them it would be done. Adlich Renovations is extremely knowledgeable about their field. They are extremely helpful with the design. They learn what we like and don't like and help guide us in the best way to capture what we have in our heads. Our ideas were never dumb and they often helped us talk through what we were thinking to get a better design decision in the end.

Seldom do you have building contractors that do everything beyond your expectations. Adlich Renovations, LLC is the exception. They have done two different jobs for us over the last few years. In both cases, all of the work was outstanding with minimal disruption to our home. Their team met with us in advance and made detailed plans for worker parking, storage of materials and entry throughout our home . All of their subcontractors were pleasant and skilled and completed their work in a timely and efficient manner. They make sure that everything is perfect. In one instance, they noticed and corrected an issue which we would easily have overlooked. Their team helped us select colors and options in advance and even added a task that was not in the original plan. This is a top notch company and we will continue to use them for our home remodeling. We would highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Alia, Brandon, and their team were an absolute joy to work with! They have great, consistent communication and we always felt like we had all the information we needed before and during the project. Adlich Renovations exceeded our expectations. We had heard horror stories from friends who renovated their homes with other companies, but our experience was the opposite! We were consistently impressed with the level of work and professional communication from Alia, Brandon, and Sandra. They pride themselves in high quality work, and it shows. Our project even finished ahead of schedule! We are now considering taking on a bigger renovation because they made the process so painless. And our old pup found a new best friend in Alia, who would always stop to give him pets and let him out in the middle of the day while we were at work!

Let. Me. Tell. You. These folks are amazing. They do not mess around when it comes to communication, punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness. They are always quick to respond to any emails or calls and never ever left us with anything up in the air. Adlich Renovations enclosed a screened in porch that was fit for raccoons and other outside critters, as well as a graveyard for amazon boxes, and enclosed it and made it into a beautiful, sunny, extra room in our house. Adlich Renovations is simply amazing! My husband and I purchased my late-grandparents farm house in Jan 2021. We had some ideas and visions, but knew we needed help. From our very first meeting with Alia, we knew this was our team. She came out to the house, listened to out thoughts, and then gave her ideas which blew us away. The whole process was smooth. Excellent daily communication with who was going to be onsite and what we could expect to be accomplished. The crew is so much fun, they felt like family. We recently had a small sun room/four season room added to our house in Richmond. We are very pleased with the results. Alia and the team at Adlich were responsive, answering our questions and addressing our concerns in a timely fashion. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail as the window and door trim was matched to the original trim in our home. We received updates on a regular basis letting us know when varies benchmarks had been met and when to expect team members to be working on the addition. I can't imagine any contractor doing a better job than Adlich Renovations. From the initial visit to the end of the project, every individual that entered our home was very professional and most pleasant. There was daily communication throughout the project letting us know when the crew would arrive as well as what they would be working on that day. They covered the floors throughout where they would be working, and left everything neat and clean after each work day. After hearing horror stories about contractors and the hassle to get things done as promised, I was hopeful that the company we selected would not be like what we had heard about. Two of my neighbors had Adlich do renovations for them, and they raved about how professional they were with only good things to say about their experience. That's what we wanted, and we were not disappointed. They were everything my neighbors praised them about. Oh, and the quality of their work was first rate. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the finished product, and we have already scheduled them to do another bathroom renovation for us. In my opinion I would give them more stars than 5 if there were more to give.

We learned of Adlich Renovations from a neighbor down the street. They were very complimentary, so we decided to contact Brandon for a quote. Alia came out and we walked through each of the two bathrooms we were planning to renovate. We explained what we were hoping to accomplish. Alia listened carefully to our ideas, asked questions, and offered suggestions. She prepared a quote that included everything we had agreed on. She carefully guided us to make choices that were within our budget. When the work began, Brandon took the lead. Much of the work was done by him or one of his associates. All subcontractors were courteous, respectful of our home, and carefully supervised by Brandon. We received an email every afternoon from Alia letting us know what would be done the next day, who would be doing it, and what time they would begin. All the work was done with precision. If it did not look right to Brandon, it was promptly fixed. We were delighted with the results. I am not sure how it could have gone better. They assisted us in planning the project and offered great advice on which materials would work best and look the nicest. I had a great remodeling experience with Adlich Renovations. I got a beautiful, amazing new bathroom that will last for years to come! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their expertise and craftsmanship. They were great to work with and respectful of my home and time. Everyone listened to my requests and made it all happen...from tiling an intricate herringbone pattern, to making sure the granite thresh hold fit seamlessly in place and changing up a few things in the middle of it aIl. I am over the moon with their work! I am hard to please and very much a profectionist, but they exceeded my expectations. They did eveything from helping with design work, gutting the space, tile work, sheet rock, framing, hanging a barn door, lighting, plumbing, and clean up. If I had more money, I would have them doing all kinds of remodeling to my home! Things I loved about working with them: They were very careful with covering up my hardwood floors, steps and protecting the walls. They cleaned up as they went and at the end of the day. They worked with me to figure out changes I wanted. They worked with my schedule which only alllowed them to work about 1.5 to 2 days a week. They were seasoned professionals that all knew thier trade well. And they are not subs. They work for Adlich Renovations. They worked with my budget. They had resources and choices for materials, tile, and design You know how you can put off a project because you don't know where to start and you are worried about who is doing the work and how good they will be and the mess they will make. I was nervous about all of those things ,but after the first day of demo those nerves went away and I knew I had chosen the right company to remodel my small bathroom. I really can't imagine how this would have turned out if I had not selected Adlich Rennovations for this project. I got 5 quotes for this bathroom remodel. I did my homework and it paid off. I chose the right company to start and finish my project. I didn't have to piece it together with sub contractors and worry about fixing costly mistakes. If you are looking for a company that you can trust to do great work, respect your time and give you a fair price you will call Adlich Rennovations.

This is the second time we have used Adlich Renovations, and each time, our expectations have been surpassed! As a designer, Alia is extremely knowledgeable about design and appropriate materials based on what your family needs. She has great ideas and works with you to make sure you get what you want within your budget. And as the head contractor, Brandon leads his team and ensures things are progressing in a timely fashion but always without compromising quality. Brandon and his team will even work after hours to ensure the job gets completed. We were getting our range installed close to a major holiday and we were not sure things would be completed prior to the holiday. Brandon and his team worked tirelessly many hours after normal business hours to ensure we had a range in time for the holidays! And recently, when we had an unexpected issue come up, they came and fixed it without hesitation, and without charge! They are just that type of renovation company! My husband has already compiled a list of all of the future projects we want to hire them for. Would recommend Adlich Renovations in a heartbeat!

Alia and Brandon did a great job on our bathroom gut and remodel! They gave us an email update at the end of everyday so we knew what to expect the following one. They knew the handful of sub-contractors they work with well and have a solid in-house crew that did the other work. They were super responsive and so nice to work with, which made our first experience with a contractor a wonderful experience. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to any friends who needed a renovation done.

Adlich Renovations did a wonderful job removing an indoor koi pond from my office in our house. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, within budget and easy to work with. I love my new room! I'd recommend them for any renovation!

We hired Adlich Renovations to install a beam in our Master bedroom, crown molding around cabinetry in a few rooms throughout the house, and install a tile backsplash in our kitchen. Alia met with us to look at our home and promptly delivered a quote. Once we accepted, work started immediately and they were done with the job before we knew it. Alia was quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we had. Not only was the work done in a timely manner, but the work was outstanding and everyone was kind, easy to work with, and on time. We could not have asked for a better experience and we only wish we had found Adlich Renovations sooner!

We've worked with a number of contractors/companies over the years - large and small - and Adlich Renovations is far and above the very best we've had. From design to professionalism to quality and customer service - everything was exceptional! We had a complete kitchen renovation that entailed taking everything down to the rafters (literally). They installed hardwood flooring to match the existing floors that were original to our 1963 tri-level. They match perfectly! Alia was excellent throughout the design and construction - great communication, excellent design skills, and diligent to ensure my choices were in line with our budget. Brandon was extremely receptive to questions, requests, etc. All of their craftsmen working on the project were professional, respectful, and personable. We'll definitely use them again!

I have worked with Adlich Renovations a few times and am quite pleased with the work. I also like that our requests for something out of the ordinary has been able to be met at reasonable prices. Everyone in the group has been accommodating, good at their job and professional, as well as polite and friendly. There have been instances that I had some added changes in some of our projects and they were graciously accepted again at a reasonable cost.

I love working with Alia and her customers. She is very organized and really works hard to help her clients and keep them in budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Adlich Renovations for an addition or major renovation.

Brandon and Alia did a phenomenal job for us from start to finish on two complete bathroom renovations in our 1932 home. We were able to maintain the historic charm of the house as well as adding in much needed storage space to our bathrooms. We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower.
