The major renovation of our summer home could not have turned out better. We knew the place had potential but were still stunned to walk in upon completion. Alair, and in particular, our project manager Simon, was amazing. The key difference compared to other contractors was responsiveness. So often, contractors drop the ball on the details - with Alair, this is where they excelled. No matter how small the detail, they were back in the house fixing/completing things until it was 100 percent to our liking. Call-backs were prompt, budget complications (of which there are always some) were handled professionally, and they were up front and honest at all stages of the project. Thank you Alair and thank you Simon for going the extra mile (or ten)!! Ryan and Sylvia

From the moment that we called Alair Homes Bellville to see if they would take on our home build we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. We spoke to Brendan Troy, and he was enthusiastic, sincere and extremely attentive. He was always honest, detailed and extremely helpful (since we have never built a house before). We realised quickly we could trust this team to complete our home even from Toronto. Fast forward about 9 months and we are writing this review in our new living room in the house which we (family of 4) have now lived in for a month and couldn’t be happier. It has exceeded our expectations and is exactly what we discussed from the beginning. Brendan's team was great as well. Adrian & Jeff were lovely and fantastic to deal with. We can't praise this company enough! Couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout! PS - our home was completed on time and under budget even through the COVID-19 pandemic... that’s a reason enough to trust these guys.

We just finished a large farm house renovation ON TIME AND UNDER budget with Alair Homes' Brendan Troy. We loved the detailed planning process and complete transparency working with Alair Homes. Brendan was excellent to work with! He is a personable, professional, perfectionist!
