We were so happy to have chosen Alair Homes Brandon for our main floor renovation and the construction of our garage rooftop deck. From the planning to execution, our project manager Kyle Neufeld had the expertise and knowledge to turn our ideas into reality. Alair was very thorough during the planning and budgeting stages which provided for a smooth construction phase. We were happy to have someone else responsible for ordering materials, coordinating trades, tracking the budget and handling any issues that came up during construction, which greatly reduced our stress while living in the house during the renovation. There was a huge value for us having Alair Homes manage our renovation and peace of mind knowing the work is on warranty. We would not have taken on a project of this scope without them.

We could not have asked for a better building experience then what we received with Alair homes. Trevor, our project manager went beyond our expectations and made our renovation stress free. From the pre build meetings to construction and finishing Alair is with you every step of the way. Our dream vision was created and we love our new addition. Renovating our entire original 1972 home and indoor pool was a project! Our best decision was choosing the professionals at Alair Homes Brandon to manage it. Kyle’s expertise was evident throughout this project from setting the budget to selections to the last stroke of paint. The attention to details, honest communications, and solid relationships with local trades made this project we feared to tackle into a memorable and rewarding experience. Where to begin? How about incredible. If you are debating between Project Managers or even whether using one at all, trust me when I say that working with Alair was amazing. We had a very large and complicated project and it was key to have the right people in the right place at the right time. With Alair having connections and the skills to manage each and every part of our build, there was nothing but full confidence and gratefulness each and every time there was a challenge that they were able to overcome. Our gratitude continues on even though the project is complete. After seeking several quotes to finish a project, we felt frustrated and reluctant to trust just any contractor to carry us across the finish line. Alair Homes Brandon was great to work with from Feasibility Planning to Construction, we always had a quick response and turnaround on changes. They were professional and the site was immaculate (we especially appreciated the quality of work from their carpenter Rudi and extra steps during COVID-19) Kyle kept in touch via text and we were able to work through several changes/issues still receiving a credit back.
