Jason was referred to our organization and has a passion for charitable projects and helping others. Countless hours, phone calls, and minor changes were made over the duration of our Head Office build, and Jason could not have been more patient with our endless questions and referrals! He brought cost effective suggestions to the table and truly went above and beyond for this project, donating his own time to ensure things were done "just right." We not only gained our first professional office space for an organization that began in the basement of a home, but we gained a friend as well. We built a custom home from scratch and have been privileged to have Alair Homes build our home. The entire building process, from drawing blueprints to completion, was an enjoyable and wonderful experience with Alair Homes and its team. Alair Homes build great houses with a totally new and modern concept. The company has a great team of people - employees, trade contractors, and suppliers, all of them work very well together. Alair Homes did an amazing job renovating my home! They took out a wall and made my kitchen and living room into an open space where we can enjoy family and friends in a warm and cozy environment. I had the honour of siting down with Jamie Affleck of Alair homes & discussing the experience of building my dream home. I say honour because he laid out the framework for me. From plans, to financing, to a breakdown of the building process. He was extremely knowledgeable & I came to know that his word was his bond throughout the process. My home was built quickly, with the special touches that I requested. I am truly living in my dream home & could not have done it without Jamie's help!

My husband and I bought a home in Valleyview in 2012 and we were introduced to Alair (Jamie) shortly after. With little knowledge and direction on what to do, Jamie helped guide and educated us through a major renovation. Planning a second story that would fit our lifestyles today with thoughts and design for a future family was more then we could handle without the knowledge and experience of Jamie and Alair. We were able to do this on budget and within a week of what Jamie had committed to (6m) - considering the complexity of this construction - we were more then happy with this. We appreciated that all plans, project information, budgets and designs were done before the job started so that we weren't pressured to make decision during the construction. Alair gets many recommendation from our family.

I hired Alair Homes in Edmonton to build an over sized one and a half story three car garage with liveable space in the second story. Hands down, the professionalism the team showed and the quality of the work was outstanding. There was not a single day that went by where one of the Alair team members wasn't on site or at the very least in touch with me to check the quality of the trades work and ensure that I was happy with the build. The Alair team was completely transparent with all costs, kept me up to date on our budget and worked very hard to ensure their committed deadline was met. Overall the Alair team was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable in their field (codes, permit process, building, etc) and I would recommend them to anyone looking to build new or do a renovation.
