Bought a beautiful, but outdated home that I knew needed some work. After I bought the house I had a walk through with a few different contractors to see what their ideas were, if they shared my vision, and overall if I felt comfortable working with them. Alair stood out as not only a team that would make my house look amazing, but I could tell they were all around good people who made me feel comfortable working with them. A complete remodel can be extremely stressful, but from my project manager, Susie, all the way up to Glenn and Kevin they were all there to make sure I felt good about everything and that any anxieties or issues were resolved. For someone like myself where communication is key, Alair is definitely tops in that category. Ultimately the most important thing is the end product, and my house turned out amazing! It looks like it could be straight out of a magazine. For whoever reads this, you’re making a mistake if you don’t choose Alair

Captivating is the word we would use to describe the workmanship of the Alair Homes builders. We watched three houses being constructed by three different builders at the same time, no comparison, Alair Homes was the winner. Captivating how detailed the workmanship was, the consideration to neighbors while it was being built and the attention paid to each step that was taken to keep the job site always pristine. Our neighbors new home by Alair Homes is stunning. We were so impressed that we offered to write this small observation from a neighbors perspective.

Drew in particular was so very helpful as I had never hired a contractor or worked on a remodeling project. He walked me through the process step by step. Alair converted an entire living room wall, including, a fireplace , into a wall that consisted primary of pocketed glass sliding doors. The end result was exactly what we had hoped for. The workmanship/care for detail was excellent, the cost reasonable.

I have never worked with a contractor who was more available, more cost-conscious or who did such an excellent job in a very timely manner. I live 620 miles away from this project, my beach house, so I could not be present to inspect/approve each step. Mr. Harris supplied me with blow-by-blow updates and pictures as the work progressed. Any home owner who entrusts his work to Mr. Harris will be rewarded for the RIGHT CHOICE! Thank you Alair Homes!
