I have worked with Alderson Construction on two separate projects for the same client. They have been absolutely stellar as a partner in creating beautiful spaces. Tom Alderson has a deep knowledge of building first-rate homes. His personality and confidence make him a joy to work with. He has a wonderful team behind him, who are all diligent and each have their needed skillset to complete successful projects. As a designer I truly appreciate their clear communication, and readiness to ask questions. Tom and his team have amazing depth to draw upon when you come across unexpected situations that demand new solutions to reach the specified goal. Their budgeting is on target and honest. This makes managing a project much more enjoyable, and minimizes unpleasant surprises for the clients down the road. This company is just finishing building a 700 ft. cottage for us: from foundation to exterior painting. It is beautiful, solid and totally satisfactory. They started on time, will finish on time and gave us weekly updates that kept everyone informed of progress along the way. Their workmen are professional, excellent at their tasks and pleasant to deal with. The whole process has been a pleasure instead of the oft-heard disaster.
