Alegria Homes

I had looked at over 30 homes in and around the valley.Then my broker and I walked into an Alegria home almost completed and I knew this was going to be the home on several levels.The first thing both of us noticed was the vaulted ceilings, great window spoace, attention to detail in the home and by the builders.Jordan and Amber Alegria and team seemed to have thought of everything to make the home ultra modern, smart, safe and easily workable.I loved the detail and thought behind where to place room windows so the monument cliffs and Cottonwoods can be seen through the open kitchen/living room/dining room space and above the master bath(which, like the main dining area , has ambient mood lighting). I had a warm feeling about the reception the builder gave us.He stayed around to answer all of our questions, and continues to make himself available at a moments notice if there are questions.I closed at the end of February 2018 and have been living here for 6 months without any of the usual issues a new home might present.All deadlines to complete work were met. More importantly, builders Jordan and Amber Alegria and team have been checking in with me monthly!I can not tell you how much it means to know they continue to follow up and care about the well being of the buyer well after the sale.They have gone the extra mile helping to give me lessons and hook up the Lyric(now Honeywell) thermostat and Ring Security System to control by my cell.They certainly taught this old timer how to use a smart home!They came to check on settling and movement of any tile slats, and touched anything up they saw , or that I requested, including some minor gutter work.They even helped make a great suggestion as to where to hang the family wrought iron chandelier and had an their electrician do the work on them! Another valuable asset was the Manual of all Vendors used to build the home and Blue Prints with shrunken versions in the manual.All appliance manuals were in one spot.Just this week, the Alegria team checked in and was here again.They do make a great team because, between the two, they have both the building and design expertise.They also get back to you by text or phone immediately and follow up by having vendors or specialists get back to me.I always felt they were close by and transparent and easy to reach. It 's been nothing but a great experience to work with Alegria homes.I am new to the valley but they made me feel at home and welcome, like family! They are always nearby, and they and their workers get the jobs done with great results on time.My experience with them has been nothing but stellar!
