ALL IN BUILDERS

My wife and I were ready to complete an extensive ocean front condo remodel at the beginning of 2018 and we had a couple of contractor estimates. We chose to go with All In Builders which wasn't the cheapest of the bids because we still wanted high quality work. After meeting with the owner Larry Kitchens who was attentive, prompt, accommodating and professional every time we met to review and discuss our project and the same was for all his sub contractors. During a job that lasted just over 4 months the communication was spectacular. He always answered his phone or replied with a text immediately. There were some items where we were going over budget and he would identify to make changes, recommendations or get approval on additional costs. He was very diligent with our changes and additional work with staying on schedule. There were some issues where samples, colors, or items weren't correct and he resolved the problems immediately by going to the suppliers direct. The reason he was so accommodating is that he only manages one big project at a time. We would definitely use again.

Larry Kitchens did a beautiful job on my kitchen renovation. I was most impressed with the extensive amount of time he devoted to helping me choose the right combination of materials for my countertops, backsplash, and flooring. Not many builders will accompany their clients on shopping trips and even go out on their own to search for just the right materials as Larry did. He is simply the best there is.

We had several projects we wanted to do and Larry did a super job of getting it ALL completed. His experience and knowledge gave him the ability to offer suggestions on the best way to get things done. We were kept informed every step of the way with what was going on. It was obvious from the beginning to end of our projects that his main concerns were to do great quality work and to keep us very satisfied. We would highly recommend him and will call on him for any future projects we have.

Larry Kitchens is an excellent builder/remodeling contractor! He is on his third remodeling project for me. He remodeled my kitchen, hall bath AND now my master bath!! Larry has a gift of design and attention to detail, rivaled by none other in our area, my opinion! Design is what he excels in. I live in a small condo and it is unbelievable how he enlarged my space!!! Color and design giving the finishing touch is what sets him apart!

Finished project on budget and nearly on-time (weather and delivery issues out of their control). Very easy to work with.
