All Renovation Construction LLC

I hired All Renovation Construction to do an extensive update to our new home. The house was built in 1906 and we received a 203k which included an allowance for renovations. Pietro and Rob handled the whole process professionally with a very high quality of work. The whole project took about a year, though we moved in during the renovation, and included: full rewire plus fiber optic cables, all new windows, replacing an oil boiler with an energy efficient boiler and hot water heater, kitchen and bathroom modifications, all flooring restored or replaced, basement floor repoured, plus all the plastering and painting and cleanup that followed. They respected the original beauty of the house while modernizing where needed and always stood behind their work. If a problem came up or a conflict occured, they handled it in a fair and professional way so we never felt "taken advantage of". If work was not done correctly they fixed it without complaint and took pride in the final result. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing high quality remodeling. We will be using them for our next project!
