About Us

All Vital Construction LLC is the culmination of years of individual success by three brothers, Lucas, Jared and Samuel. We learned our work ethic by growing up in a large family with a single mother who worked hard. Early on, we always accomplished more by working together. Individually, we built excellent reputations with homeowners, designers and architects in the Seattle area as top-of-the-line contractors. We had attained expertise in remodeling, additions and outdoor living spaces and each of us had impressive portfolios of major projects. We decided to create a stronger presence in the area by creating a single company. With our more than 27 combined years of experience, we are now a single resource for a broad range of construction services. Today, we have a professional team of experts in all of the trades, capable of handling any size project. All members of the team put an emphasis on quality materials, unique design and attention to detail. As a major home remodeling contractor, we look forward to serving the community with aesthetic remodels, structural adjustments, full additions or new builds.

Looking to do some remodeling in your home? We highly recommend Jared Rundquist of All Vital Construction. He replaced an old, stained cultured marble shower with a beautiful custom porcelain tile shower and custom glass shower door in less than two weeks. We used All Vital for a massive remodel that involved gutting our master bathroom and bedroom. Sam was our contractor and he was outstanding at communicating all of the steps and working with us to make sure we were able to make choices as the project went on so that the result was exactly what we wanted. The project included building a new wall in the bedroom so we now have a walk-in closet, we had some outstanding tile work done in the bathroom including in our new super shower which includes a rain head, four body sprayers, and a steam unit for steam sauna’s. We also have a double vanity in an L shape. In the bedroom we also had all of the walls re-textured to get rid of knockdown which turned out really nice. The last part of the project was wiring and plumbing an upstairs laundry room and it’s exactly what we wanted and asked for. We really enjoyed working with Sam at All Vital and definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for remodel help. We’re already hoping to bring All Vital back next year for more projects as our house needs a lot of updates.
