Amiano did an excellent job on completing our addition that included a master bath, walk in closet, washer and dryer utility room moved to the master suite and coffee bar in master suite. Conversion of wood burning fireplace to propane. We love the new space. It feels like we’re at a luxury resort when we’re in our master suite. They are real professionals. You really do get what you pay for.

The Amiano's did a masterful job converting my small ~750 sq ft. single story ranch into a 2300 sq ft. 2-story colonial with 3 car garage. The workers were very efficient and pretty much on the job every day during the almost 4 months of building it took to complete the job. We are very happy with the outcome.

Amiano performed a full renovation of Master Bath (including reconfiguration of floor plan), Guest Bath and first floor powder room. Design process was outstanding and the team provided options that were creative and functional. During the construction phase the team kept the area clean and organized (as much as it could be) and they were very personable to deal with. Project was on budget and the finished bathrooms were beautiful.

We put quite an extensive addition on to our home; Amiano & Sons, along with the subs were responsible for the building and worked with me on the design of our beautiful bar/pool house. Which is air conditioned and heated with beautiful sliding glass Nana Walls. and includes a laundry room and powder room to accommodate our pool guests. We added the pool in November of 2014 but didn't start with the building of the addition until March of 2015; we also designed a beautiful landscaping addition to compliment the project and pool. Overall it is quite a magnificient bar/kitchen; We have hosted many parties since the project completion and the staff at Amiano and Sons have been there every step of the way with the minor adjustments; We also replaced our expansive 1000 square foot deck and used Zuri Decking and a Stanless Steel Cable Railing; Quite the beauty. I met with Amiano & Sons May 2014 for the initial planning; we started digging March 2015 and they worked with me every step of the way thru all of the design choices; building materials; lighting; stone work. They are truly a high quality professional organization.

This is the second renovation project which Amiano & Son did for us. As expected, there are always surprises when you demolish a bathroom completely. They dealt with everything methodically and thoroughly. Their tile person is worth his weight in gold!

My wife and I chose Amiano & Son Construction to totally remodel two bathrooms at our home. I work in building material distribution and I was knew that this company did beautiful work but I didn't have any experience dealing with them as a customer. From the time we met the design consultant, through product selection to project completion, Amiano and Son answered every question, handled every concern, and handled all phases of our project with concern for our home, our neighbors and our comfort with them being in home. A project of this magnitude takes quiet some time and can be inconvenient to the homeowner. The project manager Bud Hiles was a conscientious, and service driven man who truly loves his craft and is a problem solver of the highest caliber. Bud made all the activity of two bathroom remodels bearable, and his crew were gentlemen who wiped their feet and put down carpet protection wherever they felt they would need to walk. I am so happy that we chose Amiano and Son for our remodeling job and will contact them again if we decide to do anything else with our home.

We love our Hamilton NJ neighborhood, but wanted a major house renovation and addition. Lou and Wendy Amiano, and their team of experts did a fantastic job! From the architectural drawings, through the zoning permits, all stages of construction, and finish work; we now have a custom home with a new master suite and sun room that we absolutely love. Have worked alongside with these professionals for a while now. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is their highest priority. I do glass and mirror work in their builds and remodels and it is always easier when contractors like Amiano and Sons pay attention to details, it makes my job all the more easier by not having to adjust for mistakes. It also keeps the costs down when we don't need to modify the glass or use additional hardware to accommodate skewed wall conditions or improper layout conditions. We were completely satisfied with the work that was completed (kitchen and hardwood floors throughout the home). They were able to provide the look we were interested in while remaining within our budget. This is a task that requires great expertise . They managed to never sacrifice the quality of the work ! Design and colors were a difficult task for us and they took the time to really work with us; only doing the type of work they would want in their own home. There was constant attention to detail and open communication at all times. We can't wait to continue with additional projects in the near future. Amiano does the job the right way. We hired them to do a deck and extension. They surveyed the area, pulled the proper permits, and gave an accurate estimate. Their work was very professional, from structure, to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and finishes...everything was done proper, with no issues to date a year later. We sleep at ease knowing the work was done properly well above and beyond code. A neighbor (with our same home model) in our development did similar work with a different vendor which had major issues. We wish they used Amiano like us. The deck looks amazing, we get comments from friends, family, and other vendors how good it looks.

We hired Amiano & Son Construction to remodel our first floor bathroom and to replace a kitchen cabinet. From our past experience with the company (breakfast room addition, bedroom bath and closet remodel, and finishing a basement in our son's home), there was little doubt that they were the right company to hire to complete our latest project. They listened carefully when we presented our ideas, but also advised us on tile, fixtures, and color scheme options. They worked hand in hand with us to make the outcome of the project exceptional. The workmanship was of the highest quality in all aspects of the project. All staff treated us in a very professional and caring fashion. They performed the work in a timely manner and completed the job as projected. We would certainly recommend Amiano & Son to anyone who seeks a contractor, and if we require a contractor in the future, we will, once again, call on Amiano & Son to perform the work for us.

We hired Amiano & Son Construction in November of 2014 to build a new house that was destroyed in superstorm sandy. We received bids from three contractors and theirs was the most complete down to the littlest of details. Before we choose a contractor we obviously had a ton of questions. Everytime I called i immediately got through or was called back within a few hours. Most of other companys took days or never call back. The constant attention and promptness continue throughout the process. Even while we took a vacation during the building we were email photos of the progress. They took care of everyting from getting the architect, permits, and surveys. Oh the diggest part was being able to go to their showroom and picking out all the flooring, siding and fixtures. I would highly recommend them. My wife was even please which isn't hard to do. The biggest part for me was the communication before and throughout the project. We were back in our house in April. On time!!

I recently had my kitchen renovated by Amiano & Son. We normally do not hire contractors since we are Do-It-Yourselfers but because of the size of the flooring job we decided to take a chance. We were impressed with Amiano's professional approach and selection of materials & hardware. They utilized good subcontractors for flooring, electrical, cabinet installation, HVAC, etc. The project took longer than anticipated but we are extremely happy with the end result. Would consider using them again.

I hired this company to install a bathroom upstairs in our house. It initially was a 5X8 nook. The only reason, I gave it out of stars is because it took weeks to complete. There were quite a few days where nobody was at our house to do any work. Other days the guy who was doing our job was not there any longer than 4 hours. Their customer service, showroom and the end result are definetly 5 star. On their behalf, I heard they let that employee go. Would I use them again? Absolutely!!

Amiano & Son Construction did a major overhaul on the outside of our home. New roof, siding, trim, gutters, shutters and more. They were also able to suggest a little changes here and there that made a big impact at minimal expense. At every phase of the process - from the initial quotation, to selection of colors and materials, to the work itself, and the follow-up, everyone on their staff was knowledgable, friendly, and respectful. They always showed up on time, and never "surprised" us with hidden costs. The finished product is BEAUTIFUL. We couldn't be happier. And we're looking forward to taking on an indoor project with them this year.

We are in the beginning phase of an addition to our new house. The folks at Amiano really listen and are so willing to change things as we get clearer about what we want. Jeanette, office manager and designer is a very special person. She always listens and never seems to get frustrated. I have had so much fun designing a dream home for us.
